Only a review of the outside café experience. It was dismal. We wanted breakfast. We asked for 1x tostada with tomato and 3 x tostada with jamon y queso. What we got was burnt tostadas 2 with jamon y queso and 2 with questo only. No olive oil offered and took table cloth away before even knowing what we were ordering! The waiter was rude from the outset, slamming our plates on the table and was just rude and ignorant. Will never go back

Bad, bad experience

It's a small hotel but with everything necessary, spacious rooms, very clean, without architectural barriers, facing the sea, super friendly workers, always on standby. We went with my parents to spend a few days there, they stayed a few more days. We were all delighted. I have to thank them for the kindness they showed. We will be back, sure.

Generally poor and slow service. The Russian salad tasted like the one from mercadona and was an astonishing €8. I have included a photo (which we had already started eating) - be your own judge of whether it’s worth €8. The ‘secret Iberian Pork’ came with crisps! This just seems lazy… which it felt like the whole meal was. The meat was so salty. It was like it was cooked in a bath of salt, and was then covered in salt. I actually ordered the same cut of meat from another restaurant recently so I hd a good reference point. My friends steak was tough. It was busy so we assumed it would be nice- perhaps they couldn’t keep up with it being so busy. The staff were working hard. Generally a poor experience though and I wouldn’t return. €50 for two for lunch with drinks (we did have a few soft drinks). I do think the focus is on fish in the restaurant (which we didn’t have and for all we know it could have been really nice). Possibly the most disappointing meal that I’ve had in Spain so far: it felt like a €10 lunch for €50.

Restaurant review

My husband and I have just returned from a short break here. It was fabulous but a balcony and sea view is essential really,.the rooms are quite small with only one chair so the balcony provides the chairs. We would stay again for a short break, the views are amazing over the beach and the port. The guy on reception was so lovely and very patient with our lack of spanish. The only complaint is you have to ring a bell on tbe door to be let in, which i1s a bit embarrassing if you need to keep popping back. Just a detail

We are traveling as a family (2 adults and 3 young children).We stayed in room 202, last December 24th, 2019 (midnight) and stayed very warm.The rooms are comfortable and large.All facilities are impeccable and the hotel is privileged, a few meters from the beach.I highlight the attention of Eloy (reception), who made our stay very pleasant.

Everything is perfect!

A small, comfortable hotel on the beach, with a good restaurant with fresh fish and seafood, they make excellent rice with Mujol y Pulpo and the best Caldero de Arroz del Mar Menor...

A small grand hotel.

Hello. I'm going to parts..... hotel of nice design, located in an area halfway between everything and very relaxed. spacious rooms, with beautiful views and well equipped. restaurant y pubs del resort, one expects something more than a 5 star, more variety. spa, ridiculous. so simple..... are mini-pools that for a suite would be valid, but selling this as a spa service, I think ridiculous. personal, generally very kind and attentive, but you have to leave breakfast time 15 minutes before the hour to see it a significant one. It has a few amenities and is lacking. hotel needs constant maintenance, which in areas it cares about. -Alfombras bonetas y moqu, socias y mal estado. -Colchets, points of convenience, but no change in size and colour. -Collos, points of convenience, but no change in size and colours. -Zonas - thanks for the goodness of the common ones.

Corrected without further ado, but improved.

Very comfortable hotel - delivers what was promised.   woke up to sea view.  Great location and very close to airport.   Staff very friendly.  Satisfied customer.   Near a number of good eating establishments and good for walking along the prom.

Fully meets what is promised

Situated right on the sea front could not better the position. All you could need in the room. We had a problem with tepid water for the shower which we reported.
Overall good value for money. On the balcony the chairs were recliners and good.
Not much soundproofing in the rooms.

Small and friendly hotel

The mattresses are a little bad but the rest are all good. hotel at the foot of the beach, the receptionist very kind and very good recommendations, very attentive. cleaning and good service, let's go but you can't order. we'll come back.
