We stayed here for two nights, and were pleasantly surprised at the size and quality of the apartment. Was very clean and well presented. 
Two bedrooms and an ensuite so we each had a bathroom- luxury. 
Easy walking distance to attractions in the city and not too far from the train station. 
Pick up of the key was the only small issue as the office is located away from the apartment and just a small inconvenience after a long day of travel. 
Certainly would recommend for couples and families. 

Very spacious and central

We booked a two bed apartment ,I was aware that parking could be difficult however parking is just not really practical here.We phoned the office in advance and said we would be there at4pm The agents met us there gave us the apartment keys and a map.The apartment is a few busy streets away so we had to go to our car which was in a public car park collect our bags find the apartment ,drop the bags,return to the car and move it to the parking at the agents office which we had booked at a cost of€17 per day.
We were driving a Land Rover disco and it just about fitted in .
We were out driving the next day and when we returned we could not enter the car park as a vehicle was parked across the entrance ,this was a very regular occurrence.The entrance is clearly marked by a yellow X but this seems not to deter the locals.
Parking outside the apartment at 13 Miracruz is not possible even to just drop off the bags.
The apartment itself is really very very good there is great aircon nice views ,it's very well equipped in fact it's a perfect place if you are not driving 
If you are driving my advice is avoid this

Parking is a disaster avoid here if you are driving

Everything was perfect. We had a two bedroom apartment and on arrival found it to be of a very high standard. The apartment was quiet and spacious. There were plenty of restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. The apartment was very central.

Excellent

Stayed there two nights.
Parking for unloading is complicated and had to pay 17 e per day to leave the car in a garage. It's a bit of a walk to the center but there are plenty of shops and restaurants near by. The apartment is very well equipped and they even have the basics like sugar, coffee, salt and olive oil.
The big issue I had was the noise.
There is no AC and the street noise was too much to open the windows.
I wouldn't stay here again just for that reason. 

Family 

I think this place is value for money for its price bracket. First of all, it had enough space for young kids. They had a bit of fun playing hide and seek in it. Second, it has a modern touch to it that makes it look clean, plus it makes great use of space. Third, it has lots of light. Fourth, it had an elevator, and a front security door. The parking was a bit problematic on arrival. Normally, there is a designated car park but it was playing up so we had to be led to the public parking. This issue was dealt with well, being "hand-held" through the process. We took a two bedroom apartment, which had one bathroom/toilet, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge space. Very nice.
