Very good quality price ratio. Spacious rooms with a spacious bathroom and almost new. Everything is generally very clean in a quiet and pleasant place. It takes ten minutes by car to the center of Santander. I don't know what to complain about. It's a very correct place for what you pay for. The house has its charm. I've been here several times and I'll repeat.

The owner posada angel rude.wifi doesn't work. he doesn't answer the phone. bathrooms and rooms are dirty and wet. after 9pm he's no longer available, he doesn't answer your calls!

Certainly to Be Avoided

The smell of wood when you enter and the architecture of the house itself is the only thing that can be salvaged. The rest is bad. The cleanliness of the room is very poor. The toilet moved from the floor and had to be seated carefully. They put a shower gel bottle the size of a needle that could fit only one person. He listened to the breath of the next room. The breakfast with brick juice. The one serving at the reception let's say it was correct, although zero kindness. He seemed obliged and frustrated there.

It's not worth it.

Last Saturday, August 15, we arrived at 11:15 pm at Posada El Jardin de Angela, where we had the reservation confirmed. We registered, we were given the room key, but we could not access it because it was not clean. About 6:20 pm we arrived at Posada to accommodate ourselves in the room, after taking a walk through Santander. Upon entering the room, we encountered a bad smell coming from the bathroom. We called the responsible, warned of the bad smell as well as the dirt in the bathroom cup, and asked for the room. The man said he had no other room to offer, printing in our elbows or marches. We said we chose to leave because the room is in good condition. The book says that we had paid 80 euros for the book, and the book says that we can't leave any money with the book.

A hotel to avoid

By the way, they're open. I'd like to change the booking and ask the app to do so. I get charged and call repeatedly to find out who sets the rules and if anything can be done. At least reduce the 80€ charge. Blame the app all the time and say that they charge the commission. I call the customer service and they tell me that at all... the operator calls you and returns the call: they're inflexible and don't allow you to change dates or reduce the charge, depending on them. I come back and now invent a minimum of nights that didn't show up when I made the booking.

He's been lying for years.

I had to resort to this hotel for a last-minute trip to Santander in the middle of August, and it was the only one that had availability and prices were not overkill.Once there you understand why.The building itself is not bad, and the rooms are not, and besides, it is clean, but... The reception works for rats and when they want it. It has no air conditioning (if in Santondi it can also warm up, and it does). Breakfast is limited to a coffee and ONE slice of bread. There is no elevator and no help with the bags. No way to get to the hotel by public transport (on buses 45 minutes, spend every half hour and not work after dinner).The kindness of the staff shines through its absence.And the price, being lower than in the hotel room, is a gift that I paid for in the hotel center.There are very similar prices in the hotel downtown to the five-star hotel.

If there is another option in Santander, I will not return to this hotel.

Family home of 3 floors. in a quiet place (the only thing we liked) no elevator, if you have suitcases and you touch the third floor you can stand it! because the workers have not offered to help us. the WiFi only reaches the first floor. the table lamps without bulbs. on its page the king size bed and its two beds of 70cm (to the owners say that a king size no two beds together and less than two beds than in total miden 1.40) parking and access to the house without light, at night or pick up the mobile phone or no! radiator of the room full of pork...

There is no return.

The right treatment, a quiet place with good communication, the right breakfast and, although the buses from 22.20h onwards do not run, it has been a good experience.

Pleasant and quiet.

Old house renovated is run by a very cozy and kind couple. Clean rooms with all the comforts...one sin: no air conditioning...we didn't get it but we had to keep the window open with mosquitoes arriving, being the hotel on the river.

- Very expensive for what it offers - Very far from Santander (40 minutes from downtown by bus and at least 30 by car) - Breakfast not included for us but yes to other customers (not explained to us why) - Blind plug next to the bed (we had to use the bathroom) - If you can hear perfectly what is being said in the next room and an electrical noise coming up from the walls very disturbing all night long - Check-in starting at 16.
