If you’re looking to be right at the heart of everything then this is the perfect base. No need for taxis as walking around, Everything is within easy reach. 

The apartment itself had all the necessities and was clean & tidy. Situated in a back street about 10 mins from the Cathedral. If you’re looking for a base it’s perfect if you’re looking for somewhere you’ll spend more time in and want more luxury this wouldn’t be for you. We were met by Marisa who was great and gave us some real top tips and their map included some good Tapas bars to visit.

Seville on a Budget in excellent location 

Stayed in the attico apartment for five nights during a recent first trip to Seville.  I loved the location of this property- it was on a quiet street yet only a 5 min walk from the cathedral.  The location was so central and we walked everywhere.  The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped with good (much needed) air conditioning.  The best bit of this property is the roof terrace with a great view of the cathedral.  We used the terrace a lot - total sun trap and fab for enjoying breakfast or lunch al fresco.  Marisa was super helpful and full of city advice and gave some
Excellent restaurant recommendations too.  I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location and so clean

Everything you need for a visit to Sevilla. Walking distance to the Giralda, the Cathedral and Real Alcazar.
If you like you can cook your own dinner but there are some good restaurants nearby.
The staff makes you feel welcome and they can give you advise about all the places you can visit including bars, restaurants and flamencoshows.

Perfectly situated and comfortable

Location close to all the sites and restaurants, huge space, cleanliness to the best, Excellent wifi,The kitchen is very modern with all appliances and utensils and clean bathroom. 
The lady who checked us in provided a very good service.  She also made some very useful recommendations on what to do in town and places to see.

We stayed here for 4 nights and found the apartment spacious, quiet and very comfortable. We had the penthouse apartment which had 2 verandahs, one which had a view of the cathedral and where we sat in the late afternoons for drinks before dinner.  The only downside was we had to buy tea and coffee supplies, soap, milk, clothes washing powder and dishwasher tablets. We asked for more toilet paper and were told we had to buy it. We compared this to an apartment we stayed in Madrid where all these were included. But apart from this, great location and very comfortable, particularly the bed!
