Stayed there for 3 night on a two week trip to Spain. This was our favorite hotel of the trip!  Great rooms, very clean and great breakfast. 
The couple managing the hotel were so nice! Dolly was extremely accommodating. She even did our laundry for us when we asked where we could do it. She even made me a her special mint tea for breakfast when I mentioned I had a stomach ache. 
When we left she sent her husband to walk with me to our car that was parked in a garage a few blocks away because I wasn’t sure where it was. 
I would highly recommend this hotel!

Great bed and breakfast type hotel!

Extremely elegant and comfortable hotel, excellently located, and with a fantastic layout and very few rooms. The staff make you feel at home and the general feeling is of staying as a guest in someone's stunning town house, rather than at a hotel. The rooms are large and not lacking anything important. Breakfast features high quality ingredients and has a good range of fruit, breads, croissants, and cooked breakfast.

Stunning townhouse with lovely staff and great breakfast

Well located, a few minutes' walk from the Cathedral, this is a lovely small hotel, beautifully renovated and with the most attentive and charming staff.  You have to park elsewhere but the concierge will come with you to show you the way. Breakfast was excellent.  There weren't many people there which is an absolute mystery.  Take my advice and go, if you are looking for somewhere intimate.  There's a great restaurant, El Traga, a few steps away.

Private house feel

The owner was welcoming and helpful in arranging for tickets (to the Real Alcazar, for example), and a taxi to the airport. Her family has owned the property for decades and, while it has been appropriately modernized (eg. elevator and WiFi ), it has all of the personal decor you would expect. Great roofdeck for sunning or admiring the Giralda. 

Wonderful, small hotel in Santa Cruz

Small, beautiful and well located, with helpful staff to look after you, make a delicious breakfast or bring ice for your drink from the honesty bar. A perfect place to stay. We stayed here for three nights and would highly recommend it.

More of a luxury home from home than a hotel.

This hotel is tucked into a quiet street in Santa Cruz, where everything is accessible on foot. We stayed here for 3 nights in late October 2018, which btw is the minimum amount of time one should stay to explore Seville.  We arrived before our room was ready and Manuel showed us to a nicely appointed sitting room where we could wait.  The room and bathroom (on the third floor, accessible with an elevator) were furnished classically.  The room was adequate in size but not generous.  It feels like you are a guest in an historic home rather than a typical hotel experience.  They have a formal sitting area for breakfast each morning, with eggs made to order.  Manual helped us out several times during the trip, including where we had some difficulty getting into the room late at night (turned out to be our mistake completely, just needed to try again), my husband had spotted Manuel a couple of blocks away, and he came over and helped us get in.  We were happy with our experience and service.  One thing to note:  you don't want to have a car in Seville. We had arranged to rent one at our next stop in Cordoba which was a good call.  With a complex web of tiny streets, if walking isn't an option, get a cab.
