The stay was very pleasant. The staff was very pleasant and close. The breakfast was great, plus the price of the room. I stayed in the 103 and no problem. The communications with the center of Seville are very good, even without a car, since the bus stop is a 10-minute walk away (and the ticket price is very cheap).

A very positive stay.

It is a pity that they have only such a good and complete breakfast and that they do not have the dining room open to offer customers a medium or a full pension so that they can have lunch or dinner.That is why I do not understand some customers in their comments that they talk about pasta at lunch when in the hotel there are no lunches or breakfasts, and no being, that it is German or French and that they call the breakfast lunch because they eat like a desperate person.

It's a pity.

We styaed for one night in a twin room. It's ok, but not for more than one night.

Few varieties of hard pasta lunch and once you run out of milk juice or water don't answer. Otherwise great for photos I expected it to be much worse than it was so I was surprised for good. Very close to the center of Seville 7 km. The parking lot is included but has only 6 seats and is difficult to access.

I have to admit that for the price I imagined that something bad would have to happen.I asked if I could leave the room at 13:00 since I took the room at 22:00 and they wanted to charge me 10 euros but my biggest surprise came when at 10:50 the cleaning girls started calling my room insistently and until we didn't open the door they didn't stop knocking to tell us that they needed to clean the room.The cleaning which was already in doubtful cleaning condition, since the dust and hairy fur were already inside the night before.In addition to this, the cleaning girls were aware that the customers (we) were in the room and still insisted.

I won't go back if I can avoid it.

I stayed there for only 1 night, the 2x2 individual room but enough to sleep, a TV, shower and air conditioning to the customer's liking, and generally it's great to stay 3/4 nights without any stains and very close to the center.

Comfort at a good price

I stayed in that room tonight and nothing.I don't call anyone a liar, but nothing has happened to me;but I understand that the owners have already solved it.I have traveled a lot and I know firsthand that the problem of pests is inevitable because of the transportation of passengers and travelers of different nationalities.It's like the flu that spreads from one end of the world to the other.In fact, there are insects scattered around the world that are not native to any city.That's what climate change has to do with the other...So I had a very welcoming stay and it's a family hotel where they provide personalized attention.Unlike very large hotels with a wristband that control you to where you are, as if you were trapped..

The price is not much more than that. The staff is very courteous. They also have a private garage and therefore safe. With the elevator it is convenient to get into the room. The room is spacious and comfortable, the bed is good, the bathroom is normal. Breakfast leaves much to be desired. By bus you can comfortably get to the center.

Good value for money

Hotel on the outskirts of the city but very good price ratio. Private (underground) and free parking. Same for breakfast (free), with plenty of choices elsewhere! You can have a salty lunch if you like, unlike other hotels, which only provide sugar. The hotel even provides lunch or dinner (booking in advance though I think). Ideal for small budgets.

Good plan for small budgets

The hotel has done everything right for the price, especially since breakfast is included with the night. The boss Raphael is very friendly, he made a lot of effort to please us, despite the language barrier. He welcomed us by playing the guitar. The meals are very tasty and very good.
