Upon arrival we were met by a very well spoken member of staff ,he showed us around and explained how heating ,tv etc worked. He informed us that the heating in the main bedroom did not work, we taught that a bit strange as they obviously knew that it wasn't working, however we wrongly assumed it would be repaired while we were there. It gets so cold at night that we had to wear socks and a sweater to bed.He was incredibly helpful by going through the map and pointing out where all the sights were, museums, shopping, old town and new town. As we are keen walkers he assured us that it is such an easy city to get around on foot. We stayed for 5 nights and managed to get around all the places of interest an walked both sides of the river.Apartment is bright and clean, its not a bad size for the city center .Easy aces to restaurants and public transport should you require it.No water provided but he informed us tap water is drinkable, we didn't risk it and walked 10 minutes to the supermarket to purchase some.Nice kitchen to prepare breakfast etc should you wish to.The apartment is in a fantastic location, so central and just tucked down an alleyway away from the hustle and bustle.We would recommend those apartments because they are so well situated to reach all that this fabulous city has to offer and would highly recommend checking out the restaurants around and in the alleyways, delicious and so friendly and welcoming,

The location is really the best part of it. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and points of interest. There's a public parking 20m from it, if you come by car, but it's also possible to find parking spots in the streets nearby if you have a little patience to look for it. 
The only problem was with the staff. I told them my time of arrival but had to wait 1 hour until an member of the staff arrived with the key... With an 2 yo kid, this can be VERY unpleasant. Also the wi-fi worked only for 2 days. I complained about, but nothing was done. Anyway, if you look for a quiet downtown apartment, in the middle of everything, this is it. Don't expect more than this.

Close to everything you need. Great location but not so great services.

We enjoyed the location of the apartment but really felt it needed a good thorough cleaning and new mattresses, linens etc.  The floors were not clean and the bathrooms really needed attention.  The beds were sagging and not very comfortable.  With a few upgrades this would be a fabulous apartment with a great location!  The bar directly outside the bedroom was loud at night but closing all of the shutters/window coverings helped diffuse the noise.  Our hosts were prompt based on our estimated arrival time and gave us great information about the surrounding area, restaurants etc.

Wonderful hosts, who kept us informed throughout , they also arranged a taxi pick up at the airport who greeted us with our name on an illuminated sign. 
At the apartment, we were greeted at the entrance door by a representative, who showed us to the apartment. Room was neat n  clean, (little dust under bed), equipped with TV, fridge, kettle aircon, wifi, kitchen utensils, couldn't wish for any more. 
Situated right in the heart of the old town, 5, minute walk through tiny streets to the cathedral. 1st time in Seville, loved our stay, will definitely return.
Only negative point, with a very narrow street, the bed room is 2meters directly opposite a bar where the patrons stand outside for a smoke, it can be noisy until 4 in morning on the weekend.

Fabulous seville appartment 3.

We enjoyed our rental unit -  it was centrally located and was a good size for the two of us.  It was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a comfortable stay.  The unit was very clean which is always important.  The bed was extremely  comfortable and the bedding was so nice.

Perfect location in Seville

Fantastic location on traffic free street.  Very friendly and helpful host met us and explained everything about the appartment. Comfy bed and quality sheets. Sparkling clean and great shower.   When we discovered the kettle not working, another replacement was brought soon after.  As the appartment was on the ground floor, it was a bit a bit dingy, but good enough for a short stay.

Central appartment in old town

This was a very nice apartment in an old character building. We were there in winter and it was warm and cosy. It was in a very central location in the Santa Cruz area near the cathedral, Unfortunately, the internet connection was mot very good.
