This is a fabulous little apartment tucked away in a pretty square a few minutes walk from the cathedral. It is a compact apartment consisting of three rooms. The lounge/kitchen area which has a table and 4 chairs, a sofa end and cooking area incl washing machine. The bedroom is cosy with two single beds and wardrobe. The bathroom is off off the bedroom and the sliding door between the two rooms does not afford much privacy which wasn't a problem for us but worth bearing in mind if you're staying with a friend. Its proximity to the cathedral means the peeling bells are super loud but this didn't bother us. We observed a regular chime every 15 mins for an hour at 09:00 each day. We had a late evening flight home and were able to  have a late checkout which allowed us to make the very best of our last day in Seville which was a bonus. We were impressed with the cleanliness and location of the apartment and if forced to make one negative comment it would be that the hairdryer in the apartment is pretty ineffective..would have been quicker and less chance of scalp burn to have stood outside in the wind and  have nature dry and style my barnet! I'd stay here on a second trip to Seville in a heartbeat (but bring my own hairdryer!).

Brilliant Location

This apartment is in a delightful location in a quiet square just around the corner from the cathedral and lots of restaurants and tapas bars.
It is well-equipped and spotlessly clean but it is really only suitable for a couple. My grandson, aged 13, slept on the sofa bed in the lounge-diner but it was not very comfortable for him.We would definitely recommend this apartment but with the proviso that it is more suitable for 2 rather than 4 especially if all 4 are adults.
There are no grocery stores nearby so it would have been really helpful if there had been some tea bags, coffee and milk provided even if there were a charge for this.

Excellent Location

This apartment is very small for a family of 4. The sofa bed in the living room is awkward to use and not really comfortable. The bed in the main bedroom is pretty good. However, you cannot beat the location. It is in a secluded section of a small plaza and right behind the Alcazar wall. It is walking to the Catedral and with tons of places to eat and shop in the area. You have to schedule your arrival time with the owner to meet you. Once you have the key to the apartment, you are pretty much on your own.

Do not even try driving to find this place. Worst, do not rely on the GPS otherwise it will lead you to very narrow and sometimes impassable streets. Just find a parking outside the center and walk to the place.

Unbeatable location

We stayed in this apartment for 2 nights and loved it. Ricardo met us on arrival with a beaming smile and made us feel at home immediately. The apartment is in a quiet plaza just around the corner from the Alcazar and 5 minutes from the Cathedral, with beautiful orange trees right outside the window. Kitchen has all the facilities required, but with so many restaurants within a hop skip and jump, we never had the need to use it. Bed was very comfortable. WiFi was good though the password took a few attempts to get right.

We have had a terrible 3 nights on our holiday. We checked in and the place was stinking and very dirty. We complained and were told housekeeper will clean but no one came. The room is very small and not what was said on the internet. There were bed bugs which bit us all night. I demand a full refund as this was not a place that was hygienic. We were with two children 6 years and 1 year old. I would like to complain about this place to the public hygiene and sanitation government department. The baby crib was stinking and very dirty with brown stains all over. We wanted to leave but found no rooms in the city because of holiday season. This place should not be up for any booking and should be shut down. I have stayed in Barcelona Venicia Granada Malaga Córdoba Toledo and Madrid. All other accommodations were fantastic. I will surely complain to the government hygiene department.
