It's very expensive for It's location.  The host doesn't come to  clean at least the bathrooms 
 Whrn I asked her , she was physically aggressive to me and lied about me making the place dirty . She left me waiting 2 hours outside when I came first 
 She knew my coning time. She said she was having lunch because she had lots of checks out 
 She is scary and aggressive.  

Host need to learn manners . 

The hostel is located in a central area of Telde, near the Global bus stop with which you can reach any part of the island.
Rita was a wonderful host!
 He kindly showed me the area and it was immensely sweet and generous! 
I was thankful for a place to stay, so cute clean and tidy.
Recommended !!!

Wonderful hostel in Gran Canaria

Our first trip to Gran Canaria, it won’t be our last, and what made it so memorable was Rita (owner) and her hostel, I won’t lie, not since my 20’s had I stayed in a hostel, and then never for a week... so glad we did, minutes from the airport (recently expanded, so fast, shamed U.K airports), in land but public transport is both cheap and frequent, or a taxi ride to the nearest amazing beach just a couple of Euros, making the hostel well placed as base to see all of the island. Within five minutes walk of the hostel us just about every kind of shop, cafe, restaurant and bar you can think of, as well as banks, a garage, 3 supermarkets.. buses to the capital run every 30 minutes, again just a couple of minutes walk to the nearest stop. The hostel it’s self was as the title suggests perfect, every part of it is spotlessly clean and well presented, the rules are fair and balanced, Rita is just lovely, always smiling and looking to help you get the most from your stay in Gran Canaria, if you’ve an empty day she’ll give you the info to fill it. When we return to the island we’ll be staying at Canary Sun again :)
