Clean, friendly and comfortable. Highly recommended. Good location, close to shops, airport, beach and good restaurants.A fantastic range of people staying, really helpful staff, nothing was to much and everything that you could possibly need.

If (you need a budget short stay this might do - if all campsites are booked up.

Firstly it's not a hostel! It is a collection of rooms in 3 different locations. The best rooms (or the best of a bad lot) are located down low behind Ozzy's bar. The less desirable are over the owners supermarket and adjacent to a local low income housing project sharing same entrance.

As there is are major construction works in all three locations and major bin/recycling points you won't get much sleep. Also don't pay extra for alleged rooms-with-a-view. Aircon dodgey and major construction works/noise, kangos, heavy machinery, dust and not shortage of un-collected rubish which stinks... is the order.

If you are a group of 1 person, 2 or 3 or 4 I suggest you book a private room for safety reasons (safety in numbers). A night this area is - how shall I put it.... unsuitable for families, teenagers, children due to nocturnal activities that are - how shall I put it... nocturnal in-the-extreme, with no shortage of tablet-taking varietals (and I don't mean prosac).

To be fair... If you are on a budget and you don't have a tent and you don't mind odd creatures of the night (no shortage of goblins & ghouls) and have a penchant for halloween then this might be the place.

Staple your valuables to your forehead at night (before you put on your mask)... and keep your broomstick close!

Saw mixed reviews and decided to try it out. I was annoyed that I was supposed to be in an 8 person dorm, but instead ended up in a four person (one bunk and one double bed). Was a little weird having a couple in the double so it was like I was in their private room. Not too clean. But, cheap-ish stay, good location and sort of what is expected from a budget hostel. 
Really easy to find and check in at supermarket, big signs pointing to it as well. Also had a taxi booked for the night and all went fine.
