Previous reviewers have already said it.  Lovely apartment very well equipped, in a nice area.  Parking available if pre booked at only 10 euros a night.  The location is brilliant and if you take time rather than whistling around the sites, you see what a little jewel this place is.  Finally Tony the owner, is delightful.  To be honest a little Spanish is helpful to aid his little English, but he is so helpful and keen to ensure you have as much info as you can take on board.  We were lucky there was a local Feria on and he directed us to the evening concert.  Great stay.  Oh and dog friendly too.

Little gem of a find.

I was in one of their apartments (with excellent sights) for a weekend with friends. In fact, we booked all the apartments (7 families), and everybody was very pleased with their visit.
The attention that we received was great. We needed some specific services because one of the people that came has a disability, and all of our needs were satisfied.
It is a reformed old building completely updated (wifi, lift, appliances, ....), in Teruel's center.
I recommend it.

Brilliant location in old town

We chose this over a 4 star hotel because of the space it afforded, given that we were travelling with a large dog and do not enjoy sharing a hotel room with her! From this point of view it was fine: it had a reasonable size kitchen/diner/sitting room (into which twin beds for children can be fitted), shower room and separate double bedroom. All on the second floor, to which there is a lift. The property itself is clean and bright but located on the corner of a rather grubby back street which is used a bit of a rat-run, so to unload the car you need to park temporarily on the pavement opposite and take great care crossing the road. Free car parking is available in a residential area about 10 minutes walk away - which the owner was happy to pinpoint for us on a map. Its a one-way street so if you overshoot as we did, you'll need to do a circuit of the old town to come back to it. The location is very convenient for visiting the old town - the cathedral is only a couple of minutes walk away and there are lots of good restaurants within 10 minutes or so. If you have a dog, its a bit of a walk to get down to the river where there is a path used by local dog walkers and where you can let the dog off the lead. OK, but not ideal.
If you can negotiate a good deal for several nights stay where you plan to self-cater, then this may well be ideal. To me at 83 euros it felt a bit pricey for one night. Not that there were any major problems: a few minor niggles such as a broken shower fixture, a bathroom sink that seemed to be partially blocked, and a bedroom window which wouldn't open. From the pictures and the write-up I was expecting something a bit more special. And to be honest, I prefer the certainty of arriving at a proper hotel with a reception desk rather than ringing a doorbell and hoping that the owner is actually going to be there to meet us!

Convenient, dog-friendly self-catering apartments

We stayed here for 3 nights in June. Apartment was beautiful, clean, quiet and comfortable ... with all the amenities of home ... and perfectly located. Although the web site is in Spanish, (we translated it with Google Translate) ...communication was not a problem. Email booking went smoothly. Our hostess (who struggled a bit in English) speaks perfect French and Spanish (of course) .... went out of her way to make our experience rich and enjoyable. Highly recommended ... and we would definitely come back.
