Based on the  previous poor review on here I wrote to the good folks at La Florida to warn them that we did not want to.have the same experience and happy to say we did not and we enjoyed a lovely 7 nite stay here. The apartment no.113 did not resemble any of the descriptions posted in the previous review. It was in excellent condition and was spotless. Everything worked as it should apart from the sandwich maker but we didn't mind that. 

It's in a lovely quiet part of the old town but yet within walking distance of the strip.and busier places once you have no. mobility issues. There is no check in desk per se but we were sent clear instructions on how to access the complex and our room before we got there. Its a very quiet complex and we liked that. 

I would have no hesitation in recommending this place but management did advise that some of the apartments are privately owned and not always maintained to the highest standards as per previous review. No.113 was lovely and we look forward to returning in the future as that was our 1st visit to celebrate 35yrs of marital.bliss😊

A spotless apartment in a quiet convenient location.

We were very disappointed with the state of repair and fitness for purpose of the apartment . No interior door closed and panel pins stuck 1/2 “ out of the bathroom door , which we painfully discovered the first time we put the bathroom light on . There is a constant puddle behind the toilet and the shower cubicle filled up before completion of washing  and had to be halted to save an overflow . 1 egg cup , 3 forks and just 2 each of random dishes is paltry .Apart from 1 shelf in the wardrobe there is NO other storage for clothes or shoes . The parasol and the blind covering the patio doors are holed and the maiden for hanging wet washing is rusted and would stain any wet items placed on it , and as if it couldn’t get any worse , the cracked backrest on a dining chair pinched my back when I sat on it .
I gave 1 star because the owner allowed us to cancel our 2nd week and reimbursed us a percentage of what we had paid . However , she did not respond to our request for compensating us for the 1st week , even though we had made her aware of these issues within 48 hrs of our arrival . The offer of trying to arrange a plumber within a few days didn’t quite meet our expectations .
Oh yes , our arrival . She did not send us the pass code for the apartment and did not respond to texts and emails , so 2 OAP’s found themselves locked out until 01.00 hrs next day before accessing the property . But for the kindness of strangers we would have been sat on chairs by the pool all night .

LA FLORIDA 303 ,GHASTLY , AND UNSATISFACTORY

I liked my time here, just think a few little tweaks and it could be awesome. The room was very clean and the accommodation had everything you need for self catering. The staff were friendly, the only let down is the food really which isn’t down to the staff more the costings. The dinners most nights you would find something but it was batch cooked and nothing was cooked fresh. I do like a couple of items to be cooked fresh on holiday and not like a canteen. The desserts where the worse I’ve seen in a hotel they were small (great if your on a diet) and not very tasty  I would expect to see cakes made and was very shop bought and all fruit was tinned. I have been to many main land 3 star hotels offering better food and dessert plus some nights the wait for food was horrific. I would go back to this hotel but maybe without the food.

Amazing apartments with kitchen amenities and living/dining area only 15 min drive from the airport.

The supermarket is a 2 min walk which was perfect for self catering.
Location was great for bars and restaurants and a shopping centre only a 5 minute walk.

Me and a friend stayed in 213 and my family stayed in 
Apartment 303 both very clean and modern and have everything you need. Would highly recommend.

Will definitely be back for another visit .

Could be a nice apartment and has a lovely sea view but we were there for three weeks they were not cleaned 
once and didn’t get bed linen or towels changed once when we inquired they said you have to sort that out 
yourselves there were no cleaning products or anything left and no toiletries left as advertised on web site
