Spent two weeks here with adult family members in January 2020 in spacious ground floor double apartment with direct access to one of the two outdoor pools.
The place is absolutely spotless, the grounds well maintained and all of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment is very well equipped and the Wi-Fi is good.
It was a very relaxing holiday. 
Most of the activities are in German, so we didn't participate.
They have a small cafe/restaurant where the food is simple but good and the prices are reasonable.
I have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing break.

Relaxing environment

First I was suppose to stay there for my self and for 7 days the price were 379 euro. But a friend came along and that was no problem just had to pay 120 euro for the extra person!!  But for that we got new bedlinen once, new towel once and they cleaned the apartment one time!! We took care of our rubbish from kitchen and "toilette"  by our self. So my point whith this is for 120 euro extra they make one extra bed ones and changed one more towel extra for 120 euro, my point is, that was much money extra for that. It was nice and quiet not many kids. It was clean!!

It was ok

Well very basic rooms, clean, terrace amazing size, kitchen lacks many essentials. 2 pools yet only allowed to lay by one. 2 blocks each having its own pool. Now normally it's not a problem, but very few sun loungers around block ones pool. So unless your down at the crack of dawn you don't get to laze by the pool. Upon booking I asked for a late check out due to our flight being late evening, when checked in I asked if it was possible, I was told I'd need to ask the day before. We did and got no sorry, really not ideal but hey ho. WiFi well yes it's free because it doesn't work I have to come down to the pool area just to use it.  I personally would not stay here again, but it's been fabulous waking to parakeets everyday in the tree's. 

Recharge break

Very lovely staff and quiet atmosphere, perfect for couples. Me and my boyfriend couldn't get a hotel room or apartment anywhere in Puerto Del Carmen because our hotel cancelled our reservation without informing us, this place had one last room left for the time we were staying, they had no problem giving us the room and the last minute price for the room was great. We got a lovely apartment with pool and sea view, it was very clean, the holiday turned out amazing, I recommend this place if you want a lovely quiet holiday.

Very pleased

Paid £230 for four nights. This is an apartment block catering for German tourists. 

Reception very friendly and efficient. 

Balcony was nice and large. Rooms were quite dated though - see photos. There is no microwave or oven, just a two ring hot plate, toaster and fridge. 

Nice sea view from the balcony and free parking directly outside. 

Room was only cleaned once which is why I have rated average. There is a large sign behind the toilet telling you to put all paper etc in the bin so really this should be emptied every day. Maids were around about 9.30-11. 

No aircon but the bedroom window had a fly screen on it so could leave that open without fear of mosquitos. 

Free wifi worked on the balcony (room 11) and in the bar area. 

The block is about 20 mins walk from the main strip. There are several pedestrian alleys you can cut through to make the walk shorter than following the main roads but the time is 20mins. It is uphill all the way back as is everything in PDC unless you stay right on the front. 

Huge new Lidl at the end of the road from the apartments. 

I wouldn't stay again purely because it is a little far away from everything but this was last minute so all that was left.

Last minute booking - was ok

This is a beautiful apartment block, heated swimming pools and a safe place to recharge your batteries.  It has a therapeutic centre with lectures, seminars and artistic activities. There is an onsite shop selling organic food and vegetables but  Spar and Lidl are down the road and many restaurants.  There is a restaurant on site. This is an intentionally quiet surrounding with no TV in the apartments , but there is free wifi.  It offers a wide range of therapies and there is a doctor in the therapy house attached.  It is suitable for either a holiday or for recovering from exhaustion etc in the wonderful Lanzarote climate. Look at the website for a full description.  Has a predominantly German clientele in the winter. Long stay also a possibility. Great for people with a more holistic outlook who just want to relax. The kitchen facilities in the apartments are adequate for complete self catering. Special childrens programs during the school holidays!   If you want to see the island, rent a car, they are relatively cheap if you go through a broker. I paid £110  for the car for three weeks in June.
