Just returned from 10 days at this hotel, all areas are kept beautifully clean, and staff all helpful and great. I must give a huge thank you to Fenanda in the pool bar in the evenings, such a little thing who didn’t stop running around and gave great service always with a smile on her face, I hope the managers realise what a great asset she is to the hotel.
My only gripe is the sun bed hoggers, some put their towels on beds early morning and didn’t use them until mid afternoon.  Selfish with no thought to others who couldn’t find an empty sun bed.

Nice hotel, close to all amenities

Just returned from a lovely week in Plus Fariones Suite Hotel and for those contemplating a stay there thought I'd post a 100% honest review.

Firstly, the many many positives about a beautiful hotel...

1. Absolutely perfect location, right on the beach, on the edge of the lively strip in one direction and the more laid back Old Town in the other direction and surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants 
2. Pristine cleanliness and housekeeping
3. Attentive reception and housekeeping staff
4. Spacious rooms & bathroom(we stayed in a suite with a separate bedroom)
5. Nice partial sea view (our room mainly faced the neighbouring 5 star Fariones Hotel)
6. Reasonable bar prices
7. Good breakfast choices 
8. Excellent evening security - both outside and inside the hotel
9. Evening entertainment - definitely aimed at an adult audience even though the hotel was a family hotel nothing about it was designed for children so this could be a potential negative for some.
10. Wild parakeets happily flying around

And a few negatives that definitely wouldn't put me off returning but would've made for a perfect stay

1. Lack of bar staff, guests having to wait up to 20 mins to be served and being turned away from the bar as they "couldn't serve that way" 
2. Rooms would benefit from having an iron (although they are available on request from housekeeping)
3. Rooms have a small kitchen area complete with microwave but other than cups snd saucers there is no  plates, cutlery or tea towels
4. Obligatory sunbed wars!! Beds all reserved by 9am and sitting unused for hours despite the hotel management posting notices that this was unacceptable behaviour, their threat to remove towels was totally unenforced 

Despite the negatives I would 100% recommend this hotel to any adult!!

Beautiful hotel, perfect location!!!

We have just returned from a one week stay at this beautiful hotel.  From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, it was a truly fabulous stay. Through no fault of the hotel, and us not understanding the room type that we had booked, upon checking in we requested to change rooms and this was not a problem. We arrived in the morning time and we were able to get our room keys straight away.  Our room was fabulous and the cleaning lady left it so nice each day.  We have a huge balcony with a fabulous view. We had a separate bedroom and a very comfortable sofa.  The mattress, pillows, and duvet covers were such good quality and so comfortable.    Breakfast was superb with something for everyone.  Special thanks to the chef responsible for making the most delicious omelettes that we have ever tasted.  Dinner was the best we have ever had in any hotel and the food was so fresh.  There was a great selection every evening.  I went for the steak most evenings which was cooked to your liking while you waited.  The staff in the dining area were dressed so clean and professional and they could not do enough for you.  We asked reception the best way to get to the market on the Sunday morning and within two minutes they had a transfer car arranged for us. The pool was fabulous and even in late afternoon, there was never an issue getting a sun lounger. Lovely relaxing background music was played each day and one of the afternoons they had a DJ and cocktail  bar for a few hours which everyone seemed to enjoy.  One thing that I cannot get over is how clean every part of this hotel is.  The staff are constantly scrubbing the floors, pool area and all parts of the hotel.  We had lunch most days at the pool bar which was delicious and very reasonably priced.  Location was perfect, a two minute walk to the main strip and the shopping centre is within walking distance. A ten minute walk to the Old Town. A large supermarket directly across the road. There is a gate at the pool which leads on to the beach which was so convenient. There were great singers providing evening entertainment.  Staff are all so friendly and helpful and they all work so hard.  We were only back home one day and we have already booked our stay here for next year.  A fabulous hotel, possibly the best one in Puerto Del Carmen.

Fabulous!

Just got back from a 7 day break from this amazing hotel. Right from when we arrived the staff were so welcoming and accommodating even ask if you would like a drink.to welcome you. The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day. 
We did B&B and the breakfast was just perfect so much choice and cater for everyone. Always able to get a bed around the pool and the views of the beach is just beautiful. We had a suite with sea view and that did not disappoint the veiw was breathtaking. This hotel is not far from the strip and within a 5 minute walk from all the bars and restaurants. Have had the most amazing weeks break and will definatly be back lovely hotel

This is a gorgeous hotel. The staff are wonderful and will go out the way to assist you!

The breakfast is everything you could want and more with cold/hot selections, yogurts fruit & even bottles of Prosecco if you wish to have a Buck’s Fizz with breakfast! Honestly something for everyone! 

We stayed in a top floor apartment - with spectacular views of everywhere - most importantly the adult roof terrace with whirlpool 😍😍
 
5-10 walk from the main strip/town loads of restaurants bars shops and lovely beaches.

Read a few negative reviews in regards to reserved beds but this isn’t the case at all and fairly patrolled with the life guard!!

The main downstairs pool area was busy but never worried about getting somewhere to sit!!

Already looking to book again next year 😍

Paradise in Lanzarote 😍😍😍

Just returned from an absolutely fabulous stay, we have stayed here many times in the past but this is our first stay since the hotel was fully refurbished. 
Everything is of the highest standards and the staff are very courteous  attentive and a pleasure to deal with. The range of food on offer at the breakfast is fabulous with something for everyone. The entertainment at the poolside bar each night is excellent and the new inside bar for the recent Euro games was very handy.
There is no problem getting sunbeds and the pool area is kept spotless clean with secure access to and from the beach. 
We will most certainly be back yet again.

1st class visit 

My husband and I have just returned from a 10 day break at Plus Fariones Suite Hotel. This hotel is absolutely beautiful.  It is spotless. The staff work so hard keeping the place so clean. We were on a bed and breakfast stay, and the choices for breakfast absolutely amazing. The eating area is so clean and tidy. 
The room we had was lovely, was cleaned every day leaving it immaculate.  
The reception staff also very nice , so cheerful and helpful.
I said a huge thank you as we both checked out on Sunday,  21st July. Will say again, thank you all so much, we had a brilliant holiday.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful hotel

Today is our last day of our 1 week holiday in the beautiful hotel and we are saddened to be leaving. The suites are spacious, airy and clean! There’s some lovely little extra touches like robes, slippers and large dispensers of lovely shampoo, conditioner, body wash & body cream which smell delightful! 
The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels if needed and pool towels are also provided. The pool area is stunning, peaceful and very well maintained! Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful! 
The hotel location is also perfect set along the beach front! 
We were only bed & breakfast which was lovely and well organised. We gave absolutely no negatives to take from this experience and will definitely be returning! Thank you all for a lovely week away!!

Simply gorgeous!

By far the nicest and cleanest hotel I've stayed in in Lanzarote. Hotel is 10 mins max walk from the port and 2 mins from the main strip in Puerto Del Carmen. Hotel is literally right on the beach, you couldn't get any closer!

Staff on the front desk were lovely and a credit to the hotel, they went over and beyond to help us when we asked 1000 questions about buses to the waterpark, rancho texas and to the market. (Which by the way the bus stop is less than a minute walk round the corner opposite burger king).

The breakfasts were great with something a little different everyday, we were serenaded by a couple of guitar players one morning it was quite delightful! We didn't have dinner in the restaurant as we ate out every night.

Drinks prices at the bar were very reasonable, there was a saxophone player by the pool one afternoon and we sat in the bar one night for entertainment and there were a few singers which was good. The pool isn't huge but was big enough for the amount of people laid by it - it was never busy.

We requested and had two adjoining rooms which were on level one and looked out onto the pool and then onto the beach. Both rooms had a small kitchen area and decent size fridge to store wine and fruit etc. We had a balcony that led out to the pool with 2 sun loungers so if we couldn't get any loungers by the pool we still had 2 of our own. Loungers did get reserved early on but there was always one or two spare. The mattresses on the beds were so comfy (wished i could take them home) and the wardrobe was a decent size with lights inside. Could do with more coat hangers.....note to self for next time!

We absolutely will be back to this hotel, it was amazing and wouldn't have changed a thing about it. Have recommended it to several friends already.

One week family stay at Plus Fariones Suite Hotel

Just returned from a week stay and had a lovely time. Hotels is spotless and staff are very friendly and helpful. I would say that it is not very child friendly and am surprised it’s not an adults only hotel l. I traveled with my 2 year old and there wasn’t much for him to do no activities no play area etc also no floats allowed in the pool. Hotel is very quiet and there isn’t much going on in the day in terms of entertainment.
 We stayed half board and the food was Ok breakfast was not the best and we found it was cold alot of the time and felt it could have been cooked for longer. There are some lovely places to eat close by so keep that in mind when booking.
Evening meals were a lot better cooked fresh hot but limited options available especially for small children so we did eat out a few nights.
Cleaners were fab towels changed all the time and room was cleaned to high standard.
I would stay here again however maybe just as a couples break as I wouldn’t reccomend staying here with children.
