We were robbed! We were in Las Palmeras for 8 weeks every spring for 6 years in a row. Las Palmeras was clean, unfortunately it's gone. There's a new cleaning team. Instead of cleaning, they kept searching our things. They didn't comply with warnings and entered our apartment unannounced and took 500 euros with them. There are camera pictures and police reports! The management doesn't want to solve the problems, we haven't cleaned the apartment anymore? Apartments are unoccupied, pool is no longer clean as before and there are only 4 sunscreens for 18 apartments. The suns are partly broken and almost always nice.

At first glance, everything's great, look carefully.

Location is great for both beach. Local Spar to stock up. The nightlife etc . If you are not as able to walk up relatively steep roads to get back to your room then it could be an issue.  But most apartments are uphill away from the main road. It can't really be avoided. The accommodation, staff cleanliness and amenities are all there for you. I'd stay here again. 

Just right

On the advice of some friends who come to us often, we spent a long weekend in this facility. Simple apartments but all we needed, just a few steps from downtown (just go out and turn to sx). Check in late at night so they made us find the keys without any problems. Clean, simple, convenient.

Nothing is missing.

I don’t know why I didn’t review this earlier as I stayed last November… but it’s definitely worthy of a review.
These well kept apartments around a good sized pool are a perfect and peaceful haven away from any noise, yet ideally located a five minute walk from the seafront/promenade, and a ten minute walk from the old town/harbour.
The complex is the ideal size to offer peace, quiet and privacy, but have enough units to be able to enjoy a sociable chat with other guests if you want to.
As it’s a while ago, I can’t remember the name of the host at reception but she was so helpful with our check-in, check-out and local advice. 
I’d definitely stay here again, without hesitation.

Tidy well kept apartments in perfect setting and location.

We spent 7 nights in this apartment complex and it was a pleasant stay. Changing sheets and towels with cleaning of the apartment three times a week so excellent cleaning. The pool is very quiet, great for a bath at the end of the day or to spend a few hours sheltered from the wind. These apartments are also very close to the sea where there are also various shops, restaurants and bars. Lastly, let's not forget the kindness and immense availability of the girl at the reception. A wonderful stay that allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. Super recommended

Excellent stay

I went with the Couple and our Staff if they stay with the money and no signs of life, total scam canceled the accommodation because the numbers that put there is no way to contact me whatsap or call me crippled the holidays booking accomplice does nothing even sending tests are reported carefully with Apartment Las Palmeras Fuengirola.

We stayed 4 nights in one of the apartments of the residence. impeccable cleanliness, the room is cleaned every 2 days. Excellent location. Kitchen complete with ovens, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and boiler. Unfortunately the wifi does not work even in common areas. The reception is open a few hours a day but you can arrange to check in via whatsapp at other times, they will let you find the keys in a safe deposit box outside the facility. Small imperfections: the bathroom door was not closed and the shower jet was not directed. We really appreciated the gift found in the room, thank you again!

Pleasant

This is my fifth occasion to stay in these apartments. This particular trip had been postponed twice due to covid so it was third time lucky for my daughter and I. We felt very safe and secure in this lovely private complex.. there are only maybe 16 apartments in the complex and it was very quiet while we were there. The location is super… 5 mins walk downhill from the beach and a Spar supermarket just 2 mins away. The second Spar supermarket is closed and we found stocks were limited in the other one compared to previous stays. Puerto Del Carmen was very quiet which we welcomed but most of our favourite restaurants were opened.  You will not be disappointed by the selection of restaurants. The apartment was spotless as was the whole complex. It is a gated locked complex which is very reassuring. As no one was checking into our apartment on the day of departure we were allowed stay in apartment til we left for the airport. This allowed us to make the most of our last day. I highly recommend these apartments and most definitely will return!

Repeat visit !

The accommodation was reasonable, pool was good.  The problem with the villa is that you are unable to use more than two/three electrical items without the power going off.  For example if you had the hob on and put on the oven the power dropped off, without the distribution board showing any fault.  If you had the lights on, the water heater for the outdoor pool would drop the power off.  Despite contacting the holiday company to complain the issue was not addressed.  During our 10 night stay we did not receive any housekeeping, fresh towels, bedding etc.  Fortunately the villa had a washing machine which we could use, providing no other electrical circuit was in use.  Not value for the money paid.

Villa Las Canas

These apartments are superb.  An oasis of peace and quiet in a busy town.  Nothing too much trouble for the staff.  Apartments immaculate, cleaned 3 times a week, clean towels 3 times a week and bedding once a week.  Pool is cleaned every morning, nobody fighting over sun beds.  Just a relaxing place.
