Elisa is a sunshine. It is a real luxury that, apart from being the hostess of the great apartment she has left us for these days, she is very eager to guide her guests with advice and recommendations from the area. Our visit to the island could not have been even half complete without their help.

Accommodation and service 100% recommended.

The apartments are very spacious, especially the terrace, it is huge and with incredible views, you enjoy spectacular sunsets. It is a small, cozy and very quiet complex. It is very clean and has a good swimming pool that if you do not want to go down to Puerto Naos, you can have your chapuzon and swim a little.

A wonderful rest.

The apartment is nice. it has a pretty big kitchen, a room with two beds, a spacious bathroom, a sofa bed and a TV. the only thing I didn't like was that the TV looked a little bad and that it was wet because it was noisy. and everything else was fine.

There are beautiful views.

We stayed at La Muralla four years ago and we are so happy we returned! We had three marvellous weeks on this beautiful spot. The view from the large terrace is stunning. You can enjoy the terrace from breakfast untill sunset. The beds are good and the appartement has everything you need. You can hear the road, but it is not too noisy and the view and location absolutely compensatefro this. Even when all appartements are occupied you have a lot of privacy. This is absolutely good value for money. The appartements and the public spaces are very clean, the staff is great.

Beautiful spot

This apartment was a real find. Perched high on the hillside overlooking the banana locations and the town, the view out to sea was fabulous. You do need a car to stay here, as the road is very steep, but it's just a two minute drive into town to eat in the evenings. There's a small parking area outside of the apartments, a little tricky to manoeuvre, but we had no problem finding space to park when we were there.  

Despite being there at the end of June, we had the beautiful quiet pool to ourselves most of the time. The exception was the last 48 hours of our stay, when all of a sudden our idyllic setting was invaded by a group of 14 energetic teenagers, a visiting table tennis team, who completely took over pool. But I think this would not normally happen, and was just bad timing as far as we were concerned.  

All apartments have their own terrace, and awning for when it gets too hot. Plus that view! They are very well equipped, clean, modern and comfortable. There's no air conditioning, but we found the overhead fan was perfectly satisfactory. The beds were comfortable, the curtains were dark, and the kitchen was well equipped, with fridge, hob, microwave and kettle. The only let-down was the bathroom; this was perfectly adequate, with a good shower, but the room had a damp smell, and seemed completely out of keeping with the rest of the apartment. And yes, due to the isolated location, it's bins for the paper, but no great hardship for anyone who has stayed in Greece or Turkey.

The management could not be more helpful, and spoke good English, other guests were either Spanish or German. Although we didn't use the service, there was a delivery of fresh baked bread daily. I was also able to arrange to borrow a hair dryer for the week, which was useful.  The apartment was cleaned most days, except at the weekend. Finally, as we had a late flight back, we were able to stay in our apartment until late afternoon on our final day, which was a real bonus.  

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Muralla apartments, and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Puerto Naos.

Fabulous location!

We had 2 small children, the grandmother and the marriage.The site for the children is very safe and with plenty of space to enjoy and for adults to relax with incredible views and the apartment itself very well cared for.If you want to eat or stay in port Naos for 5 minutes.

Precious and cozy, the reconciliation between plataneras, an incredible sight.

Very good reception. Residence perched at a height requiring good footing smais also bus stop at the foot of the residence (for access to the beach and the rest of the island). Good location but a little noisy (road) and very hot when it's hot. Pool with beautiful view

These apartments are well situated, you have very nice views from your terrace, the cleaning is good, the treatment is excellent, the pool is very nice and the apartments are big! we didn't know where to wash clothes and here they have a washing machine, which is important if you travel with the right! it is a very quiet place!! we liked it very much!!!

Quiet location, quality price is unbeatable.

The apartment is lovely except for the shower/toilet room which is badly maintained and poorly designed. You cannot flush paper which is ok except the cleaners only empty the toilet bins every 3-4 days, so you have to do it yourself, not what I want to be doing on holiday. The terrace and the pool are lovely. The pool is unheated but you soon get used to it and the views are great. The bus stop is outside and run every hour for easy access to town or up towards Todoque where it stops at some very good restaurants, Mariposa and Las Norias in particular. Do not use a taxi they are very expensive! It isn't possible to walk anywhere from the apartments as there are no footpaths and the road is busy and bendy.

Could be great

Inspired by Tripadvisor's comments, we chose these apartments for our stay in La Palma. It was a success. Very spacious, with a huge terrace with incredible and very clean views (every other day they cleaned and changed towels). Elisa is a charm and helps you plan your stay (especially at lunch and dinner). One advantage is that you can use your washing machine (after the great hiking routes you can take around the island thanks to....). The beautiful swimming pool is ideal for a nap after a day of excursion. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to make not only breakfast, but also receptions and dinners there.
