We only used the cafe but the owners Julio and  Esperanza are the loveliest people. You can use the pool (the only one in the old town) and in 40c that is heaven. Would be happy to stay here. Give it a visit and enjoy their hospitality.

Lovely place to stop in 40c.

Stayed there for a night. Friendly staff, the food (and the service) at the restaurant near the pool were great too. Good location for exploring Toledo and the pool was great for the kids. There is an underground parking garage nearby which we used. The view from the room overlooking the pool and the river was great too.

We chose this particular hotel based on the reviews that for basic it suited and it included parking (plus reasonably priced considering the exchange rates). We werent disappointed - once we managed to check in!
We travelled to Toledo without knowing what to expect. Although my reading guide advised against taking a car, we were stuck with it! The roads were winding and narrow and we found when pulling up to the hotel the key was to pull over, put your hazard lights on and press the buzzer to get the hosts attention. If this fails, it is a family owned establishment and they also run the bar next door - just pop in there. 
On checking in we found the english was limited when speaking with the sister (though we seemed to be able to understand the basics ie ill take you to the carpark, come back later etc) though the brother spoke and understood basi english. The kids in the complex were extremly friendly and curious even offering to share his churros! Extremly eager to be helpful.
The room was basic but enough. Highly recommend securing a higher floor if nothing else other than the views. As it was winter pool and terrae were obviously not used.
The hotel itself was positioned well, took us 10 mins walk to main squre. At night felt secure walking back. 

Overall recommend unless looking for luxury in a 5 star way.

Great stay!

The Hostel does not open until 2 pm, which left us wandering around for a while until we could get in the room. We had a room for 4 which was more than enough. No complains other than a broken shower holder ring and a cockroach. 

Brill location, close enough to the city centre but not right in the middle (I would avoid staying in the old part of town, it looks extremely noisy at night). 

Overall ok for a budget hostel. But just ok.

Basic but OK

Rooms are small but adequate, stayed 3 nights. Not a lot of customer service in Spain at all, so don't  expect much here either. However, I recommend this for anyone who needs the basics on a budget. The little pool area and attatched café are delightful.
