Well furnished, comfortable, and clean apartment with a sea view from the balcony. Stayed for a short break of just 5 nights and would definitely return. The location is fantastic with views of the beach and the marina. There are a few bars and restaurants in walking distance and a huge ALDI supermarket right over the road. 
The air conditioning in the lounge is good but both the bedrooms and the bathroom were all uncomfortably hot.
The facilities were good with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, iron with ironing board, and a huge flat screen TV.
Plenty of hanging space and coat hangers and constant hot water.
The only draw back was the distance away from the office where the keys had to be collected and also a 200 euro deposit which we were not aware of until we arrived there. There is no problem getting this returned but not really convenient for us having an extra 200 euro's at the end of out holiday.
I would however recommend this place very highly to anyone.
There is a swimming pool but it was closed the week before we arrived as it was allegedly out of season.
