The hotel is situated right by Torrejon de Ardoz' bus and train stations with good eateries within close walking distance. It is only 5 minutes away from the Plaza Mayor and 30 minutes by bus or train from Madrid. The Reception staff are very friendly, very helpful. Most can speak English well and they are always willing to offer advice on places to visit (even in Madrid) or where to get help. Our room was unbelievably, spotlessly clean and comfortable with plenty of storage space, bath and shower. The bed mattresses are soft (but not too soft) with extra blankets available if needed. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but the restaurants below serve take-away hot drinks. We didn't eat breakfast but it did look good for 8 euros. We are definitely going to return to this hotel!!!!!!!
