Good base for exploring the Torrevieja area and beyond, easy access to 322 coast road.
Various eateries .5 mile/13 min walk or 2.2mile/6 min drive (via urbanisation), supermarkets in same area. 
We had an upper floor apartment with balcony over looking pool. It was spacious and equipped with everything we needed, fridge (with ice box), washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, 2 TVs and WiFi with good connectivity. 
Things we liked most: the air conditioning was excellent, washing machine a bonus, WiFi was great for our forward planning, the apartment was very spacious, bed was comfortable, balcony  large and had a lovely view over the tree tops of adjacent park to the sea beyond. Beaches (which were lovely) were within walking distance via a bridge over the 322 coast road. 
The complex is small and friendly with plenty on street parking in a quiet area.
This older style property furnished to suit represents excellent value for money.  The kids play area is looking tired and needs a bit of maintenance. The balcony chairs could be doing with a good scrub - maybe with an appropriate cleaning product for that task?

Good Base to Explore

We were four days away from couples with a baby. The best location as you have the beach and supermarkets nearby. As for the facilities, we can't say the same. We wanted to use the washing machine and it didn't work, it was disconnected and without the water tapes. The kitchen plates were broken and two were working alone. The saunas were fatal. The neglected garden, the pool with seaweed... As we went to complain about the washing machine theme, they tell us that they can't be on the lookout for everything... to hallucinate. My recommendation is that if you can see something else better.

Don't give up!

Very clean and very spacious and very pleasant service. They have a fantastic swimming pool and the area is very good for finding parking.

Todo perfecto is perfect.

The problem, the abandonment, if you notice that it is not very well cared for, the garden has to take care of it, the cleanliness has to be improved (in and out of the apartment) the pillows and mattresses ask for a change... would put a 2.5 A little retired from the beach but in a quiet area.

Stayed here again as such good value for money, friendly staff and perfectly situated for visiting friends in Punta Prima and Playa Flamenca. Very clean and tidy and plenty of room and ice to sit out on the patio.

Nice friendly aparthotel

The apartment was very nice, especially for the price. It was clean and tidy, overlooking the pool, which at this time of year was empty/closed. Wifi worked and the TV had numerous Spanish channels.
The reception sold wine....but only wine. There were no provisions whatsoever and this could have been improved by a couple of tea bags or coffee sachets and some milk for when you arrived because the nearest shop was 10 minutes walk away.
A comfortable stay however and I would book it again.

Good bu could be better

We were in a two-bedroom apartment because it was with a coworker in the area and whenever we could afford it, we bought it as well and the apartment we enjoyed happily because the size and the cleanliness compared to what we paid for the truth is that it was pretty good, in my experience it is quite recommended.

Very nice apartment.

Despite everything that was in and of the dead spider, we were not changed, the whole interior is vintage and antiquated, the antithesis of the comfortable.

Dirty and dirty.

Nothing to say except the shower manager cool ideal temperature clean &10 days seems enough from my point of view a little walk the evening then rest tv yes you know the spanish bottle of cheap wine and tres good cornero scuttari

Nice small apart hotel ,we had a one bedroom first floor apartment, nice and clean not posh but everything you need. Including air con. Also very quite and a nice big balcony to sit out on. It had 2 t.v,s but unfortunately no English channels. Also in kitchen there was a washing machine, fridge, micro wave and two ring burner. So fine
