This apartment has the character of the wonderful old building in the medieval quarter with alł the benefits of a well designed modern interior. I couldn't recommend it more and the owner was exceptionally helpful and friendly without being interfering. Perfect!

The owner Rafael (who speaks about 8 languages!) is about the friendliest and most helpful guy you will ever meet on your holidays. And this also goes for all the rest of the staff, always ready to lend a hand or point you into the direction of the nicest sights to visit.

We stayed in the excellent attic apartment which was very luxurious and modern and equipped with all the appliances one could wish and including free wifi (very important these days!). 

Because our return flight was not until late in the evening we were allowed to stay in the apartment way beyond checkout time. Thank you for that, much appreciated!

Maritim Apartamentos is located in the harbor, a 10 minute metro-ride (about 2 euros) away from the beautiful city center.

Lovely clean and spacious apartment (we had the top apartment with the little terrace) and everything was available.  Could hire bikes for 10EURO a day to explore the city (definitely recommend!) Great location In a friendly residential area with great local restaurants and a short hop away on the metro to the centre of town.  Have already recommended Maritim to a colleague!

I stayed in Valencia for 10 days for work and I was extremely glad I have chosen Maritim Apartamentos. It felt like I was at home. The apartment (I stayed in the one in the attic) is very modern, spacious and decorated in a very tasteful manner. It has all the facilities you may need - everything in the kitchen, from utensils to the fridge and stove. The supermarket is steps away, just as the tram / metro station from where you can get to the city and have meals there. The system of having the codes to the apartment and the building itself is very convenient, you don't have to worry about leaving or losing the key. Rafael was helpful in every possible way - I just mentioned I will need to work in my room in the evening and will need a lamp for reading, and here he was already with a lamp and extesion he bought specially so that I could read comfortably! 
I would recommend the place to anyone coming to Valencia.

Just come back from a lovely 5 day break in Valencia. The apartments are clean and well serviced and in a fantastic position minutes walk from the Metro and close to a supermarket and the beach. The owner goes out of his way to help marking the map with restaurants and other things to make your stay enjoyable. Would thoroughly recommend if staying in Valencia.
