In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in from 22:00 to 07:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20, to be paid on arrival. Parties are not allowed in the apartment. For stays longer than 28 days, services (water, gas and electricity) are included up to EUR 150. The guest will pay the difference if more is used.
