The room and bathroom are very clean, the bed is very comfortable and the owner is very pleasant, close to the center but nevertheless it is a very quiet place.

A good experience.

It has a good location because it is very central, a few minutes from the cathedral, for example, but you have to find a parking lot a little far away or a car meter in a parking lot. The attention is good. Maybe the room is a little small but it's worth spending a few days in the city. The bathroom, for example, is new. The hostel is located on the first floor with elevator. Recommended.

I stayed in room 109 and although everything was renovated and looked very clean, I had a very unpleasant surprise. I woke up with bites in the arms and neck and, looking at the bed and sheets, I found bugs. When I checked out, I communicated it to the owner and she said, offended, that it was impossible, that everything was very clean and the mattresses were changed periodically. I told her that I was very surprised because it looked like this, that everything was fine, but that I had seen them and it was full of bites. I even showed her a picture of one of the bugs in the bed and she said no, no, no, no, that they could be, that the mosquitoes (such as the mattresses) were very clean and that there was enough blood in the room to make me feel like I was going through a lot of things.

Close to the centre, clean, new and cheap, ideal option for a weekend.The service is very attentive and has a coffee machine and water at the reception, a short walk from the cathedral, taxi in front, for an escape is perfect.

New, beautiful and clean. If we got the shower water out because it was all adapted for the disabled and the service and attention were very good.The only negative is that the walls are paper and you can hear everything, however, for price, quality and location, it is a great option.

A good option

The hostel is very centrally located, super well situated, everything is very clean and very modern, it looks like it has been recently renovated, the bed is very comfortable, the only problem is that there is too much noise from the room, it has free wifi, I think it is the second cheapest option in Valladolid and definitely worth it.

We stayed one night at this hostel and it was a pleasant surprise.It is great, very clean, the beds are very comfortable and the bathroom does not look like a hostel, new and very clean.It is very close to the center.

We discovered this hotel by booking the surprise was very satisfactory, all new, impeccably clean, comfortable bed, very centrally located in front of the clinic.

I booked two rooms for my family members over the phone (I have nothing where my reservation is, just your word), and my surprise is that the day before the occupation I called to confirm the time of entry to the hostel and was told that there was no room reserved for the days of September, that there was only one room available for one day and not for the four days I booked, later telling me that the reservation was for the month of October.

The hostel as such is very good, clean, refurbished, with a very friendly and serviced receptionist. Really everything is quite good, but with an important problem of accessibility for people in wheelchairs. The hostel advertises itself as accessible with a suitable room and bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling view, so being a wheelchair user, I am inclined to book. An important mistake is not to check everything with calls to the hostel. The hostel is on the first floor of a residential building and access to the elevators is achieved through two slopes that are exaggerated but do not meet the accessibility norms nor from a distance. The room and bathroom, although the reception rooms are also not in compliance with the adaptations for mobility in the chair and dimensions, I would like to make clear that this is not the only possible problem. I want to make this problem clear that the hostel should be able to meet all the standards of accessibility, and that we would like to help other organizations to make the necessary adjustments, and that we would like to make sure that all the necessary standards are met.
