The check-in is not done in that apartment, but in another one at the end of the street, just like breakfast. The parking is great as you park at the same door of the apartment. In my case I stay on the top floor so nothing but the door opens. There were plenty of stairs to get the suitcases up. The décor is a bit old enough but it was clean and the kitchen well equipped. Thanks to the heater. The bed was a horror, it was a mattress and on top of that was a kind of other more fine mattress...it was nothing comfortable. The breakfast buffet was small but it was quite fine, with variety. The receptionist service was excellent.

A reform is lacking.

These apartments are largely abandoned due to lack of maintenance, the mattresses and pillows are very bad, there are many ants, the apartment is large but in the kitchen there are no tools, the dining room is at the end of the street very close to where you can park, very close to the airport to get there, no cojer google shortcuts always road wide the best views theme breakfast the normal but supermarket stalls and dinners depend not much on choosing there are dinners that are fine and others that are not.

lo mejor las vistas y tranquilad

Ever since we arrived we had problems with the keys and reception didn't pick up our phone because I was eating so we had to walk back from the other end of the hotel, we paid for the breakfast and even though I had the documentation that the hotel had paid for it, we wanted to charge and we were told that we had to fix it, to go to the dining room or to climb a staircase without an elevator for the baby car, the breakfast was all fresh packaged products, the facilities were much older than the ones shown in the photo, the staff service was the worst of the first few days and the good days were different.

Fatal Fatal

Very large and comfortable apartments, with a sunny terrace with wonderful ocean views. Careful and practical furnishings and furnishings. Everything was explained very well to us at the entrance. You need a car to move around but the tranquility is absolute. There is no noise. Towels change three times a week and sheets once a week. Thursdays and Sundays are not clean. Cleaning is correct. Very good value for money but I don't think they should be left out, there were some arrangements to make in the farm (incinerated, some stains of humidity etc.). With this the accommodation would be perfect.

 Absolute tranquility.

For the price they have they are quite good. Good location in a very quiet area with beautiful views. The room had a moisture stain on the wall. If they repair it the apartment will be perfect. We will return.

They're fine.

The apartments are well equipped. There is even a fireplace for cold days. The kitchen contains the most necessary for self-service. The bathroom was unfortunately not so nice. The paint leaked on the ceiling. The shower ran out every time you turned the water too far. To mention the positive is the dreamy view of the Atlantic and the airport (starts and landings were hard to hear). In good weather you can even see the neighbouring islands of Teneriffa and Lawe Gomera. The cleanliness was not so nice. You could see exactly that the cleaner had long blonde hair. Whether the lady used to clean her dreams, you have to waffle. The floor was often full of crummy blue hair and had a crumbler.

Some years old plant with a wonderful view of the sea

I stayed here a week in November '16 in one of the self catering apartments (not the hotel). A great place to stay if you have a car but otherwise quite out of the way up from sea level. Great view from apartments facing the sea. Very clean and staff in the hotel were lovely and very helpful. The apartment was quite basic and probably not enough utensils & pots etc provided for more than 2 people but I imagine they could have provided more if asked. Tv didn't work but then I didn't go there to watch tv so didn't bother reporting it. The nearest store was about a mile away (shut Sundays) and fine walking down but walking back up with bags of groceries was a pain and apparently I wasn't allowed to eat in the hotel restaurant which was for hotel guests only and a bit annoying as I arrived on a Sunday and therefore the store was closed. Pool was very clean as were the grounds. If you have transport then I would recommend it.

A bit out of the way 

Large number of hotel apartments to be reviewed on the details of services: uncomfortable, rustic with basic facilities to complete. Very inadequate hotel service. Restaurant staff is efficient and friendly. Good price-quality of the evening meal 10 € (buffet). Weather was cool during our stay: no heating planned despite a nice fireplace... to watch only!

If you're not demanding...

We stayed here for two weeks, it was really nice, but the rental car is indispensable. It's very quiet and quite far from everything, the apartments are very nice and functional, the staff is very nice, the housekeeping is done every day. Each apartment has its own crowded parking lot. No need to take its towels and sheets. It's already planned. The pool is a little cold and there are few trades. The only thing that disappointed me was the quality of the evening buffet.

Two weeks in Palma

We were here for a week on vacation. The premises are located far upstairs, outside any tourist area. When we arrived there were some understanding problems, as we did not speak Spanish and the lady at the reception did not speak German or English. But after some going back and forth and a lot of gestures and mimicry everything was cleared up. By and by the apartments are good but the bathroom has already seen better days. You have to keep in mind that this is about 3 S according to the Spanish standard. What we have here in Germany is a maximum of 2 stars. Where to mention, the food deserves at least 4 stars. Every night has something different and always super delicious! A huge compliment to the kitchen.
