Great appartments with everything you need. Washer/dryer, dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen.
Modern, new and stylish. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Access to gym, indoor and outdoor pool. Highly recommended appartments for family trips.

I can’t begin to express how fabulous La Punta is.
Close to everything you could want in a holiday with excellent apartments.
Spacious and very accommodating, with everything you would need including a toaster, kettle, hair dryer, safe etc.
Many thanks to Tomi, the wonderful owner of the group of fantastic apartments.
We hope to be back very soon.


Superb location 

We stayed for most of January 2019, its a lovely apartment right by the sea and the views are spectacular.  Apartment was well equipped, clean and well maintained.  The only downside was the area is very quiet at this time of year, there are about 20 restaurants/bars down the front but we were lucky if we could find 3 or 4 open at any time.  The housekeeper Tomi was brilliant, she came in every day and was very helpful.

A great apartment in a lovely location

Myself, wife and daughter spent a week here and would fully recommend it.
We stayed early June and were looking for a chilled time and that’s exactly what we got, The beach and restaurants close by are fantastic and reasonably priced and we will most definitely will be back.
The Manager Tomi was very helpful and organised a lift from Alicante airport and back when going home.
We arrived on a Sunday when most shops are closed, though they have a great supermarket five min walk away from apartments which is open every day apart from Sunday.


Great apartment

We were 4 grownups who shared a two bedroom superior apartment in the second floor.
 Nice light modern apartment with everything you need. We stayed for 10 nights, and they cleaned the apartment every 4th day. Changed the beds , and new towels, and toiletpaper..  There was also cleaningequipments available for selfcleaning if needed. I don'nt think they clean if you stay for just a few ninghts.
Wellfunction AC in every room.
The only thing we missed was some sunshading on the balcony. It was very hot in the morning, even though we stayed in September.
The pool was quite ok, not so big. Sunbeds available.
There was some constuctionwork right below us, soon to be finished I guess. And when they are , the distance to the beach and restaurants will be much shorter than it is today.
We also found a small diner almost across the street, where they served some small good dishes, and refreshments.

Just perfect

Having stayed in Villajoyosa several times before, we again decided to stay at the wonderful Apartmentos la Punta having stayed here in 2016. Arriving at la Punta on Sunday 30th and as our apartment wasn't ready we headed for a drink, and knowing the area well we had a short stroll to the Salsa bar in the Pariso area approximately 10mins from the apartment.

Once back we were greeted by Mrs Tomi Perez and given the usual warm and friendly welcome we had the previous year. The apartment, although newly built had been redecorated so once again was new and fresh, and a large mural had been put on the living room wall. The beds were comfy and the air conditioning was most welcome as the area was experiencing a heat wave during our time there. Location is superb and close enough to the main promenade of Villajoyosa only 5/10mins away, but far enough to be very quiet.. The local supermarket ( Mercadona )  is 400/500mtrs away and open from 09:00 till 22:00 Monday to Saturday, and closed Sundays but local shops in the main town can be found to cover most basic needs on Sundays. 300mtrs from the apartment is Maja Patteserie open from 07:00 till 20:00 and like Villajoyosa itself is a must do place for a nice coffee, cake or pastry and an agreeable time to spend some time sitting outside with exceptional service.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped, with everything you will possibly need. A home from home if you would. And although you are alone in your coming and goings Mrs Perez is there at some point every day if required.  We had a slight issue with the tarpaulin on the canopy tearing due to some exceptionally high winds and reported it the next day, and the very next day it was replaced causing us no interruption to our sunbathing or access to the apartment. If l had to give a mark out of 10 to Apartmentos la Punta it would be 9.9 and that is solely due to the continuing work being carried out in front of the property and completely out of the hands of the Apartments and although nothing like last year with diggers and dust the only downside now is the lack of access to the beach directly from the property as the road next to the apartment is closed to the general public while the work is carried out... Once the new promenade area is completed and the access road opened a 10/10 will be my mark... I'm not planning on holidaying in Villajoyosa next year but a return in 2019 will be on the cards and Apartmentos la Punta will be the first place l will contact for my accommodation, and hopefully it won't be fully booked.....
