The great fishery, both seppia, squid and chopitos.The seppia is a bit underrated, and the squid mounting is rather a flea, but the price was very good.For the little ones, the chicken fingers were very good, crispy and natural chicken (no frozen) Fantastic treatment and quick service.

Everything is great, good quality.

When I booked this place in March through hotels.com, the plan was to stay for 7 nights. We changed plan relatively quick, and wanted to change to 6 nights. That change they wanted to charge 30% of the total, so we kept the booking as is. 
I understand everyone want a sea view, and I asked for it. We got an apartment at the ground floor, with a view to the next block. I asked by mail to change, but never got an answer. The local office was only open when we had agreed upon a time to sign the papers....
The apartment is large and OK. The A/C works fine, but is noisy. But there were three wine glasses, not bread knife and no bottle opener. No kitchen towel or cloth. No soap for the dish washer.
As the local office was closed and they never confirmed my message that we would leave one day early, I was anxious about how to deliver they key. I sent a SMS to the local representative, and a mail to the office. Both twice, first time even before we arrived. They never answered - until after we hade left (I left the keys in the same safety box we picked it up from) . Then we were told to deliver the keys in Benidorm, 20 min drive away.
Although the apartment was OK (except for the view), we felt very, very alone. We did not know that the local office was not open at all during our stay, and nobody answered my SMS/emails. For me it's rare that they can call this a hotel, or maybe it's only me that believe that if you book through hotels.com you only get hotels......

OK, apartment, out the way, bad service

Complex of three blocks of apartments in the new phase (II) and three more blocks in phase 1, the yellow ones.Near Playa de Torres and a campsite, this development has a cafe/bar and two private swimming pools but is not a hotel.It is an apartment complex mainly for residents, some of whom live here all year round or seasonally.

A good place to live.

We had ground floor private apt, was great, pool area was lovely & very clean, never busy. Not a sound at night, great sleeps. Hell of a rough walk into Villajoyosa tho. Dirt track then lot's of steps, which was ok for us (fit 50's!) but hard going back in the heat. Had brought a tourch with me for night, used it twice got taxi back rest of time 8 euro. Will defo be going bk 2 Villajoyosa, just 15min walk closer & apt would of been perfect

Great apt, bit out of the way

Urbanisation situated on a cliff by the sea has two large pools with jacuzzi, a promenade with gardens and three bays at about 200 meters the nearest and the others at about 600 meters or less with their chimneys that at night are wonderful and are open at about 3 in the morning with a musical atmosphere and during the day have menus, paellites, sardines, meillones, etc. Necessary since there is only a bus service at 9:00 and 15:00. There is a playground for the little ones and wonderful views is between Joyosa and Benidorm three kilometers away.

Residential Terramar

Don't hesitate, though you'll have to pay a little more,either for the ones that are located by the sea,they'll be guaranteed the breeze,the views,etc.,etc.If you're quiet souls and can avoid July-August,this is an excellent option.According to me in high season the atmosphere results incrazyly familiar.The apartments are simple.Eviting those that are over the parking lot is noisy.Adventuring along the coastal roads is ideal for biking,running...it's full of reconditas.Don't stop reading Angelajavier's 2012 opinion;formed, illustrative and realistic if you're traveling with children.

Urbanization with unforgettable sunrises, summer at sea...in autumn.

In my case, we were there in July 2012, with a little over a year old. The apartment is very nice, quite clean and very well equipped (floor, sink, washing machine, microwave,...). He said that at first we were given an apartment without air conditioning, and as soon as we requested the change, they did it without any sticks. Personally, I think we would have to change the mattress of the wedding bed; if the docks were to lock our doors. The air conditioning is somewhat noisy, especially in the bedroom, as it is located on the terrace of this room. The room is quite quiet. There are 6 blocks. The first three have the oldest beach, there will be a beach or no beach. The last three have a small beach or no beach.
