Nothing negative to indicate, however, only wonderful things to highlight, warmth, kindness, good treatment, unbeatable quality-price ratio, the BEST food.

INMEGRORABLE 

We booked a family room for 6 days. When you entered the hotel, it looked like you were coming home. The fantastic room, with a huge closet and a full bathroom, was much better than any 4-star hotel we'd stayed in before. All made of wood, abuhardillada, with a high-rise in which were the beds of the little ones. Great detail to have a Nespresso cafeteria that replenished the capsules every day. The spectacular breakfasts, all homemade, and some spectacular hot sandwiches. And what about the dinners... impressive!!! There was no dish that we didn't like, even the menu was very good!!! The fantastic treat, especially Elodo Ainoa. In short, if we personally visited the children's area, we already had a house.

No, we could have chosen a better hotel.

A hotel with a very close relationship, thanks to Ainhoa and his team for making us spend a few days as if we were at home. Good breakfasts, with products mostly noted for their natural and quality, in these details is also the difference. Dinners on another level, but at the same time in a close environment and with perfect service. Even a simple children's menu where you notice the quality of the product and sauces that accompany it. Large family rooms in two heights, well cared for, decorated, and perfect heating system. Thanks to the entire team at Casa Arcas for making us spend good days and repeat, as at home.

As at home.

The location next to the gas station does not do justice to this excellent hotel. Its owner Ainhoa is charming and more than professional. The breakfast is a delight, in quality and presentation. All the details of the hotel are carefully taken care of, without overcharging. The rooms, spacious, warm, quiet, overlooking the Pyrenean meadows.

Enchanting resort in the Benasque Valley.

A small family hotel, decorated to the smallest detail that makes the stay perfect...like at home...after walking through the valley, it's nice to get to the hotel, both by the proximity of Ainoa and everything in itself. Very comfortable beds, room with a very good temperature. The perfect breakfast, had everything... and homemade and quality products.

Cozy and of high quality.

We stayed last Saturday, October 2nd and everything went perfectly, the hotel is lovely, very well taken care of everything to the last detail. We slept perfectly, the mattress is not at all strange. And what about dinner, incredible and perfectly adapted if you have any intolerances. The homemade breakfast is great. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent hotel 

We stayed here in August 2021.  We went hiking in the mountains near the Cerler Ski Resort on the first day (highly recommend) and went white water rafting on another day. Both times, we came back to the hotel tired but happy. This hotel is an incredibly welcoming, warm, and relaxing place to stay.  Ainhoa is an ever- present person at the hotel. I honestly don’t know when the woman sleeps. She is friendly, engaging, and very approachable.  We ate dinner here on the second night.  And WOW!  The dinner was amazing!  I can definitely recommend this hotel to anybody who plans on traveling to this part of Spain.

Thank you so much Ainhoa for making our stay so pleasant. A perfect blend of closeness and discretion. Our room with a comfortable garden terrace, perfect for relaxing. The exceptional, homey, varied and abundant breakfast. And the golden brooch, the dinners in the garden. Although I read it, I did not expect such an elaborate and exquisite kitchen and served with so much care, in such a secluded place. We recommend it and will try to return.

It's been a fantastic week.

As a regular customer of the establishment, I am amazed at the effort made by the large family of Casa Arcas to keep surprising.The anti-covid protocols that are used allow us to continue enjoying with a commendable safety.We just have to congratulate them and wish that they continue to be in the Michelin guide for many years to come so that we can enjoy with them.

Every year is supernatural.

Accommodation, breakfast, dinner..The lovely staff.We will return without a doubt.The spectacular meals, enclosed in an unbeatable location, in Villanova next to Benasque.My only petition would be to have more pillows.
