We were a large group of friends. we chose the big house to meet in although at bedtime we had to use one of the couples as there were not enough rooms in a single house. the houses were perfectly furnished with household and furniture and even cleaning products and utensils. we had some repairs for the cold but it was great. the radiant floor provided a very pleasant temperature throughout the house. the only thing cool was the kitchen that is in the halfway house. logically in the couples you have to be careful with the subject of noise and coexistence with the rest of the occupants. we have large common areas and small gardens of the houses. although Jose has logically in these rooms there is no enjoyment and there are reception areas a stone's throw away from Gijón and near the pool. the only thing cool is the kitchen that is in the halfway house.

Fantastically beautiful.

The beautiful house and the amazing views, a quiet place, and we were delighted. I recommend that if you are looking for parties or nightclubs, look for remote houses and not this kind of houses that are all together and what is valued is the silence and La Paz that you breathe. I have fallen in love with that place and Asturias in general. I recommend 100x100!!!

Impressive views and a quiet place.

It is important to know that the site is far away and you need a car but that does not prevent you from enjoying Asturias. It is very quiet where you can sleep and disconnect without problems. The houses are very comfortable and spacious and have everything, but if something is missing you can order without problems. The treatment is very friendly, we have no complaints and we definitely recommend it.

A precious place.

We booked seven friends to spend the weekend. When we arrived, the man who was leading the place seemed nice, and we were all hallucinating with the views from the house (which were wonderful). The place is simply incredible, a pity that we went out with such a bad taste in our mouths. On Friday night we made a barbecue and put on some music. On Saturday night we were listening and the neighbors in the house next door asked us to lower the pitch, so we immediately removed the music. It seemed that he stayed there but on the day of our departure (Sunday) the man told us that if there was anyone else who would have gone out to the street, we should have made a p***, words of text. Unrealistic comment and noting that on Saturday night we were in the house and after we had gone out, we said that there would be no more than one person in the house and no more than one person in the house.

An incredible place with a staff that leaves much to be desired.

The last one, No. 8, is spacious, was clean and the kitchen was well equipped (no dryer); but it has no curtains (you have to lower the blinds to go to the toilet or change your clothes), the jacuzzi doesn't work and for 5 days we have been 3 days without a signal for TV or WI-FI.

Well, but I wouldn't repeat it.

The site is quiet, on top of a hill, surrounded by green meadows and country houses, with spectacular views of the sea, you get to see the bay of Gijón to the west. The houses are very well equipped. Modern, comfortable and spacious. And clean. They are kind of cottages all facing the sea. They have a small front garden and a porch at the entrance. There is the option of the large house, with 12 rooms, ideal for large groups. It has a swimming pool with views, and a padel track. It is ideal for family gatherings as it perfectly adapts to groups of different sizes and needs.

A very good option.

The houses are very nice. Good location, well equipped, free wifi. The only thing that would be missing would be a dryer since we were there for a week and there was no way for the clothes to declare but otherwise everything was very good. The treatment was great, I recommend 100%.

Spectacular 

We stayed in the apartment of one room (the horreo), two adults and a baby.The horreo itself is very nice and has a large terrace with spectacular views.However, in the apartment there is little light and it was a bit overwhelming, because besides being tall, we had to walk carefully not to darn our heads with the beams on the ceiling, as they are a little low.So if the size is more than 1.80, take it into account.The kitchen was very small and poorly equipped.

Very pretty but small.

The location on a fairly elevated site with impressive views; the apartments are paired cottages rather than apartments the area behind are those that give a community garden and wonderful views, the apartments are spacious and spacious and very well equipped. it is a pity that the weather does not accompany us, so the others are perfect.

We had the coincidence of sharing our stay in one of the apartments with a bachelor party of boys who were distributed in other houses in the apartment complex (estimated to be about 20 in total).As has been the norm at the parties, the boys wore jaleo and played techno music at full volume.When we called the landlord (who appeared and disappeared depending on the time of day) on Friday at 0:30 p.m. to complain about the volume of music, his phone was off. At no point before our arrival he warned us what the situation would be. Obviously, that would have conditioned our reservation, as we had a weekend sports test and picked a rural accommodation in order to be able to play in condition.
