We've been at this hotel for several years, we'd loved it, so we repeated. But what a shame! A 4-star hotel that doesn't deserve it at all. It has a terrace with very nice views, but the rooms are very serious and there were only two for the whole terrace and bar. We ordered a beer, and it was hot. They had a sign advertising ice cream, we asked and the fridge was empty in the middle of July. The rooms are right. The worst buffet. The worst buffet. Lentable. Horrible food. Scarce. Of course, we won't come back.

 Total decadence.

Located in a lovely location, about 30' walking distance from Viveiro. The hotel is quite new, rooms are very spacious and comfortable. A unique but: the TV is too small for a 4-star hotel. The personal, fantastic. Very friendly and professional. About the spa: it's fine, but at peak times it's small. They offer a 50's and 90's circuit. The short is chorros y jacuzzi. Possibly the long is worth it, in my opinion, but it depends on each one (humid sauna, perfume shower, hot beds...).

We stayed to sleep on Saturday night, as we had come from a few days' trip around the world and the coast and we took one of the apartments to sleep in and on arrival we were told that they had an event at the hotel next door but that in the safe apartments we knew nothing, and what is our surprise that at 2 a.m. and until 5 a.m. voices, music, and cars passed by in front of the apartment, sleeping a little was a dream, we went down at 10 a.m. to have breakfast for the perfect breakfast and the comment at the reception and the protest is that they feel it, luck that we had already paid, if I didn't refuse to pay, you're going to pay a lot of money to stay and you can't do anything, well, we won't know what to do with our deal, that the hotel never does, and the hotel itself won't pay.

A night to forget!!! a true horror.

We've spent one night in the apartments that are part of this hotel complex, and honestly we won't repeat, this is obsolete, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, we were five and there were only four pots, for example, the kitchen had grease, the sink and the sink behind the front door, the bed linens each in a certain way, the used mattresses, it's a shame because the rooms are very large and the bathrooms too, but the living room, a ruin.

Renovation or death.

First of all, the poor quality-price ratio (almost €500 for 3 nights!), even considering that it was high season. By the first night, garbage had accumulated in the corners of the hall and the bath towels had base stains and even hair. The following nights, hygiene standards improved slightly. Very weak sound insulation, since we had difficulty falling asleep due to the roars of the guest in the next room, among other noises, also coming from the hallway. Furniture and decoration with a very old look and needing an urgent renovation. Access to the beach of Sacido, in front of the hotel, was for some time banned.

Poor price-quality ratio in the poor relative of Thalasso Cantábrico

Every meal is sour, raw, pasted with condiments, etc. Any child could cook something more edible than what is offered at this hotel.If you want to stay alive, I recommend that you stay away from here.The rest (rooms, facilities, swimming pool) are fine, but only for the buffet I give you a 1 (because you don't leave me any less)

The committee is empty.

I had stayed last year in his hotel brother Thalasso.The truth is that they have nothing to do with each other's rooms.Although the room is the right size, the same as the toilet.Everything is noticeable as time goes on.I think it needs a thorough renovation.The restaurant is located in el Thalasso and has quality and beautiful views.

You notice the passage of time.

Clean apartments and a nice walk to Covas Beach.If I come back to Viveiro I will definitely go to the apartments.Semi-capped pool, which the kids love to take a bath.You don't have to pick up the car if you don't want to.

Volveré is the name of the game.

The facilities are generally good enough...to put on but the dryers are not worth anything and the dryer is not worth anything either..the best traeros are one's home...x the rest of the rooms are very complete the comfortable beds...the pillows are too low also if you can bring it almost better but the bed is worth the mattress the fastidia the pillows...comfortable place quiet relaxed quiet good service place to park the restaurant some beautiful views and the food is not bad...we wait to see tomorrow how it goes about breakfast...the bed is generally very quiet very well and good facilities....

A relaxing tour.

En el Hotel todo perfecto, the panoramic cafeteria a treat, even having an unpleasant temperature, we don't want to miss the views from this terrace. What disappointed us was the SPA. This is located outside the hotel with what you are either preparing in this other place or you are already prepared from the Hotel to the building where it is located. We advised you to spend ya en albornoz, well since when you, on a day like ours, you get cold and when you leave the SPA for the Hotel even more, you get wet, obviously, because this was uncomfortable we saw the little SPA filled with people....😱 Where is this space???
