This hotel is very basic but well located for the beach and old town. Not bad value but please factor in that there or NO FREE BREAKFAST which is advertised on Tripadvisor and various booking sites. There is quite a lot of noise from the halls and stairs at night / early morning. There is a hairdryer but this in very ineffective. Air con works ok though.

Great location but not as advertised

The hotel is next to Zarautz beach, there is no parking service, so you can leave the car. The rooms are clean, and have the right size. Perhaps the worst thing is that the beds have some plastic to cover the mattress, which makes quite a noise when sleeping.

A simple and functional hotel.

We were given the smallest room with a baby and not the baby's car with the cot. Days earlier we called to remind ourselves that we were with a baby and needed a big room but they said that they were all the same. When we got to the room we called the reception and were offered a change but the next day we went to a bigger one (and that was not there, it was true, it was just a bigger screen). There was a leak in the bathroom, and every time the upstairs ones went, our bathroom was emptied. And we couldn't stop mentioning the rooms, because they slept over bedridden and woke up with horrible pain that would make the baby sleep worse.

We will not return.

Hotel very well located, close to the beach and the center of Zarautz, highlighting the room that was very spacious, we were 4 people and we were very wide, soundproofed and very clean, it is a perfect place to rest and the fact that the reception is 50 meters away is no problem, I don't give the maximum rating because the wifi didn't work any of the days and although I have repeatedly complained that it was not solved.

Very centralised.

Very normal hotel, in which the location stands out. Expensive for what it offers, to sleep without further. The worst is the detail of the TV. I'm Basque and I don't understand that the TVE channels 1 and 2 have been cancelled. Pressed above the two channels and for more Inri, the ETB1 was connected. We called the reception and reset the device, impossible as they well know. The option to look for channels etc... was restricted. We arrived from Bizkaia, solo VASCOS and we played these performances.

 DECEPTION is the name of the song.

* Very cramped room;
* Cheap, flimsy mattress with ill-fitting bedding;
* Room wasn't cleaned in a timely manner;
* Front desk was arrogant, insisting I return in four hours for my clean laundry that was sitting in the next room;
* Worst hotel I stayed at in six weeks in Europe... and it's not even close.

Big Disappointment

It's a small hotel, located in the center, very close to the beach.You can eat from the multitude of bars that are around the area.It is in the nerve center, both by the promenade and by the center.

Super clean, very comfortable, unbeatable location, very close to the beach, you're in the center.

Stupidity is the result.

Very disappointed, it's an annex from another establishment (Pension Txiki Polit) and you know that once booked and on site. There is no service in the building, no drink distributor (water or coffee) No reading room or TV For breakfast, you have to walk 80 meters (when you wake up, it's hard) You can't go near it by car or park.

Very well located, spacious room very clean but very expensive for what it offers.The reception is in a boarding house 50m away.It is 100m from the beach, right in the centre of the village next to all the shops and bars.
