Very clean accommodation. Friendly staff

This my third visit Kutumbiya Resort. Nice food make for us They arrange transport to warship Udamaluwa and city tour. Hire bicycle available there and much cheaper. Hostel room available for very cheer rate. Very clean pool newly built is there.

Pros: 
Value for money.
Good Returent with tasty food from the inhouse chef.
Good room with TV/AC/Kettle ect.
          
Cons: 

Photos of outside the rooms and premises published  in the sites are not very accurate as the place isnt kept tidy and pool area is messy with towels put to dry on chairs ect. However they can improve a lot to present whats shown in photos. 

On the check in day we went there around 1:50 (check in time 2:00). We  were asked to give 15 mini to prepare the rooms. But we recieved the rooms only after 3.00( Which can be a very rare occational thing as per them).

Overall: Value for Money and good stay.


Value for money, ample space to improve.

Rooms and bathrooms are in good condition. They are just as they show in the pictures. But dinning are or as they say the restaurant is not up to the standard. We had only dinner of the day we arrived and it was not up to our taste level. After that day we had our meals from out side places.  Pool is not maintained at all. So this place is good for a stay but not provided much facilities or services. 

Anuradhapura stay

The most delicious pork curry ever... lovely breakfast. Calm and relaxed atmosphere with helpful staff! Will definitely recommend to anyone staying in anuradhapura. 
Cycles can be hired from the hotel and the rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice hot water shower!

Lovely place 

It was a great stay at Kutumbaya Resort for us and the food was amazing. We went with some of the friend and all of us could enjoyed the serenity of the nature at Kutumbaya. We really loved our stay there and enjoyed thoroughly.

It was an amazing stay with great hospitality and food. 

Kutumbaya is excellent value for money. I was pleasantly surprised by several aspects Kutumbaya offered. They included cleanliness, adequacy, spaciousness and many other facilities that one would love to enjoy in a regional boutique resort. I particularly like the architecture of the room! The management was caring and accommodating and went out of the way to make my stay comfortable. The staff was so friendly and was willing to provide all I needed. It is an inviting place. All the best to Kutumbaya!

Exceeded my expectation by a long way

Nice place to stay, pool, breakfast was decent every morning, good A/C in the rooms. Helped to organise some trips (safari, temple tour) which were very good, very helpful staff. Excellent rice and curry from the chef!

Decent place

One of the best resorts I have visited till now. This is my forth stay with them. The owners Ms Thara and Mr Ranga together with their lovely mom were really helpful and friendly from the point of making the booking. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The family room which I book regularly has ample space was well equipped and spotless. Bathroom tiled with stones give a natural feeling. If you look forward to prepare offerings to Lord Buddha, room is equipped with a small pantry and sink.

I must say the location of the resort is at one of best places in Anuradhapura. When someone want to visit the Pooja City they can avoid the town from this location and reach the site within 10 minutes.

Restaurant staff were excellent. They made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Food was tasty. Once we return from our visits, it was so convenient to have the restaurant at the resort. Excellent hospitality.

Perfect Example of an Excellent Resort in Anuradhapura

What a wonderful property! Spotless, well appointed and very convenient location! Stayed here for pilgrim and loved the high quality of the family room, and the bathroom in particular. The hosts are friendly and available if needed. The resort is very large with everything you could possibly want for a large group, including built in pantry and plenty of space for meals. The location can’t be beat - within close distance of all the sites.

Feel like Home in Anuradhapura

A very good place although appeared as a house from the front rooms are in very good condition with all the facilities wifi dialog TV Ac hair dryer and tea making.  Rooms are very clean and it comes at a good price.  Recommend to stay at Kutumbaya Resort.
