That's a best place to go with your family, rooms are very clean & tidy, two ladies are very friendly & the best hospitality. Their meals are very good. Highly recommend for any one who wants to have a good relax 

Great place & good location. 

Such a friendly place to stay at. From this resort you have a fantastic views of the mountains and bambarakanda waterfall. You can easily reach the track to bambarakanda waterfall from here.

Rooms are quite simple but clean and comfortable. The staff do everything possible to make it feel like your home while you're there.

We will definitely return and would highly recommend this lovely resort.. 😊


Spectacular location.. ❤️

The resort and its location really suprised me. We had a great stay for two nights with friendly staff and the breath-taking views all around us. Would highly recommend for nature lovers and for people who prefer a quiet time among the hills!

A stunning location!

Comfortable rooms with Bambarakanda  falls view and Wangedigala view ,very calm and quite place to stay, very good for honeymooners . Their is a special menu for luxury rooms . 
                   15 min  to Bambarakanda water falls from here ,footpath to go their,behind the Bambarakanda mountain Lanka falls is their. Very beautiful water fall.its pool just like a sri lanka map, its good to call wonder of nature .

Beautiful view and best hospitality 

Located with an excellent view of Bambarakanda Falls.  We were there for breakfast before doing the Devils Staircase hike.  Best place to start the hike.  The place is rustic and simple. Don't expect luxuries. Hosts are very caring and will accommodate your requests.

Excellent local food! Super view!!

I traveled there last month with my family and the place was somewhat okay to sleep-in. the rooms did not have towels which is understandable since it's a basic guest house. but it did not have soap & toiletries as well which is a bummer. Hot water is available in the room and despite not having basic amenities we somehow was able to get a proper sleep. the Homemade food is lovely and the owners are very friendly, also they arrange BBQ on request. the best thing about this place is the location its situated. Bambarakanda falls is right in front of the guest house and it's a total bliss. there are many other things you could do and visit in the area. the surrounding area is very popular for Hiking & trekking. this place has certainly got potential to grow.

Basic guest house with basic needs

this is the only place near bambarakanda water falls.( the heighst water falls in Sri lanka).there are 2 fairly good rooms and a geometry.food is good.basic facilities .but it is a very beautiful place. good view of bambarakanda water falls. Lanka Ella water falls also near by.

we had booked this resort considering previous reviews for our group(11 people) trip.but when we reached there, we were totally disappointed with accommodation.Beds are uncomfatable and not clean.no any nets available.insects & spiders can sen within the rooms.we had a big issue with our safety.fortunately couldn't see any snakes.it is not clean all and seems like an unoccupied one.it cost Rs. 2500/= per person with 3 meals.road were damage and difficult to reach by car or big van/bus.this location is very close to Bambarakand waterfall.if your going to book this place place check my photos and you can get a idea about resort according to your requirements.

Unclean place & not-worth for money

It was a hiking with 10 friends. We were informed about the location and necessary things from the day of the booking from the land lady who was really helpful. Our stay was worth the money spent. They set up a BBQ for the group with a bonfire. 
It is walking distance from bambarakanda falls which we took one of the best baths. 
I would highly recommend to anyone planning hiking to Devils stair case

Awesome location 

We went this place to have lunch at the end of trail from Ohiya to Bambarakanda. Staff is very pleasant and gentle. Lunch was good Sri Lankan style and it was the best reward you can get after 20+ Km walk.

If you are coming to see Bambarakanda waterfall or hiking in nearby peaks this place is a good starting point. They also provide lodging and you request for a local guide from this place.
