The photos on their web sight must be quite old because or room was pretty dark and dingy with a bathroom that needed a good clean.  Mouldy grout and a few inches of black mould on the bottom of the shower screen is not a good look.  The staff were lovely.  Later we stayed at the YWCA for less and it was great.

In need of a bit of help.

Good hotel food was nice friendly staff loved the weather relaxing time home away from home very friendly people beautiful hotel and country will visit again and stay here again thanks to all that made me feel welcome to this lovely hotel and seen to my ever demand

Relaxing

THe Location is quite central and the view is good with lots of connectivity to restaurants, shopping malls and hang out places nearby. THe staff is very cooperative and we had a good experience with our small child for odd time requirements.

Value for MOney

During my one week business trip to Sri Lanka, my company booked me this hotel. However, I decided to move to another hotel on the third day.

The hotel exterior is very dirty, with construction going on the main road, and it looks very very old and weary. The bed is not comfortable, AC is not so-cold and very noisy, TV only has local channels. They have a Breakfast Surcharge for $7.5, which is very terrible. They only serve you a hard plain bread, fried eggs, and not-so-fresh fruits - it's really a joke, because a sumptuous meal at KFC or Crescat Boulevard is not even $5. Very overpriced and not worth your money (and your time)

The only good thing about this hotel is its staff. The staff is very caring and tries to make you very comfortable.
It is also true that the hotel has easy access to most business districts, but then again, there are others good and more decent hotel nearby.

For +/- $50 per night, you can find way better and more decent hotel. Don't even bother consider to stay at this hotel.

Not even worth your consideration

Nice hotel to spend a few days , it is in a good location , have many restaurants near , the staff were a bit slow but our room was ok , fairly clean . Not far from the ocean and shopping , breakfast was ok  .
