We were glad to find this nice and quiet place in a big city like kandy.
The owners are most helpfully and very friendly. Take your time and enjoy your stay. Tuck tucks will find this pace if you ask for Hill Top hotel.  

Escape from kandy's roads 

We loved our stay here. The room was comfortable and the bathroom had a lovely hot shower. It was great there was communal area to sit and have a cup of tea (there was also a fridge). The owner was very sweet and helpful. Its important to note it was up a big hill but it was fine to walk down and tuktuk up. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, breakfast was nice too

Fantastic place

This place is really hard to find, it's not sign posted at all and down a really difficult road for cars to access safely. 
The couple that own it are really lovely, the room itself is very basic. We were only here 1 night so it didnt matter too much. The electrics in the room were making some strange noises when we plugged anything into it which sounded dangerous. 
Bed's not the comfiest, quite hard, however does have a mosquito net. Breakfast is eggs, bread and fruit the next morning which is fine.

Lovely people, basic room

Beautiful location on the hill overlooking the city - super easy walk down the hill to the centre. Gorgeous property, clean room with nice bathroom and a balcony. Best of all was the host, so so so friendly and welcoming!
Highly recommend. 

Warm and wonderful hosts

He enjoyed our stay at Pearl House. The owner is very friendly and very helpful. It’s about 7 minutes walk to the bus station. The view is amazing and the place is sparkling clean. 
It also offers some great facilities for sight seeing and for the touristic objectives in the area.

Very cosy house

A lovely place to stay if you’re in Kandy! Lovely and helpful owner, great breakfast, nice room with air condition. 

The guest house is on top a steep hill. Might be a good idea to take a tuk-tuk if you have heavy bags. The owner will show you a short cut to the city centre (5-10 min. walk).

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our two night stay in Pearl House. The room was clean and very comfortable. Our only slight issue was the refusal to serve breakfast before 8am, but on the whole a positive experience.
