The Hotel is situated 12km from Colombo City and 25km from Bandaranayaka International Air Port, It is closed to Southern Highway Kaduwela entrance. Nawagamuwa , Gangarama & Kalaniya Temple & their Perahara are the local events. Cagills food city, Perera & Sons Bakery, Pizza Hut closed to property. Leisure World water park, Viharamahadavi park are suitable to kids.

Its Economical, Very Clean, Fees full environment,  Friendly Staff

Me and my wife visited this place for the second time as we had a nice experience during our first visit. Place is really good with reasonable charges. Staff WAS FRIENDLY during our stay. BUT I forgot my face wash there which was expensive and rare to find. I only noticed this on next day morning and I called them. BUT I was told that it would have been lost and someone else visited the room after me might have took it. BUT they wanted to check the room again as another visitor is there in the room at that moment. And when I asked whether they have cleaned the room before next check-in, he slipped from the question and when I asked again I was told it would have been missed to them. BUT I kept it in the bathroom which must be obvious to notice. I had to call again after few hours again BUT I was told he missed the current visitor and he went outside and may be coming back in the evening. Anyway I had to contact the owner of this resort also as I was not satisfied with these answers. He promised me that the staff is honest and they are not stealing anything and would get back to me as soon as he got to know from his staff. At the end of that day I tried to contact the owner BUT as he was not reachable I had to call the resort staff. BUT the person in the other end talked with me very rudely. He was like missed off that I accused him stealing that face wash. But he didn't mention whether he checked the room again after particular visitor returned. He kept on humiliating me mentioning about a soft drink bottle I kept in there refrigerator which I also forgot BUT on my way back as I was passing the resort I went there again to fetch it. BUT it was almost finished by then as the STAFF accidentally drank it without knowledge that it was mine. BUT I didn't tell a word for that as it was my fault of forgetting it there. BUT that person was humiliating me telling I came back to fetch it and it's not worth to come for an soft drink bottle. How he can decide that? Then I get back to the owner who talked with me nicely telling sorry for all these things and he even offered me a new face wash, but I told him this was not about that and I was really disappointed about the way communication of his staff. Then at night I got a call from hotel staff and he talked to me in really filthy words and he was even threatening me. I was really surprised how far people can go. I didn't talked with him, I blocked the numbers and for the last time I complained that also to the owner and asked him to let his staff know not to call me back. 

I will not visit this place again for sure.Other than this problem which become huge at the end this place is good. So think twice before visiting here.

Never forget anything accidently here

Booked through bookings.com booked a a/c room with a double bed. At check in we were taken to a twin room with no a/c and wifi didn't seem to work guy put me on the phone with his supervisor who argued that I hadn't booked the a/c double bed, even though I had a conformation email. Then told me had to pay another $10US per night for what we wanted complete rip off took my cash back and left! After paying 4000rupee per person to get there from mirissa beach.
