Wonderful place to stay! We stayed here for 1 night after flight (airport pickup was offered).

Rooms are big, sparkling clean, comfortable! I would say it's one of the best places to stay in Lanka it terms of conditions.

Before going to sleep you will hear birds singing, in the morning you will see the place in it's best conditions feeling like in a nature park.

Dinner and breakfast were excellent.

Me and my wife are saying thank you to Dinesh and his family for this wonderful stay and service. You will definitely feel yourself like at home.
It's possible to communicate in Russian.

Wonderful night stay before Lanka exploration

We stayed there one night as we started there our round trip through Sri Lanka.

+++ beautiful garden
+++ complimentary stuff like water, coke

+++ price for room and food is actually almost to low

- if you are sensitive to noise you should bring ear plugs: there were some planes and barking dogs at night, which didn’t bother us but I can imagine that it could disturb you


Everything was just perfect

It is a small establishment with only 4 rooms.

We chose this place as a transit point as we needed a room for a late night arrival and early morning departure.

We were given instructions to exit at S2 and wait near the taxi counter. We waited while being overwhelmed by the high humidity. After a while we became worried and I approach the tax counter for assistance to call the number on our instruction list. We were directed to the post office where a person rudely told me the phone was not working and walked off mid conversation. Luckily I asked a young man nearby who kindly called the number for me. It was explained to me that the authorities will ask for money if he had stepped into the terminal or held up a sign to look for us.  Being a small establishment t, it was an unnecessary cost. As I have a better of understanding, I was more forgiving. 

The room was big, with a clean bathroom. I liked the complimentary mouth wash. A shower curtain would be nice. 

We were handed the password wifi without asking. How thoughtful was that?

The beds were just right. We fell asleep as soon as our heads hit the pillows.

The gardens were beautifully maintained.

Breakfast was splendid. We had to ask Dan (sorry if I have the wrong name)  to stop giving us food. We were amply satisfied. We started with a plate of fruits, juice. There were hoppers, pancakes with coconut filling and scrambled eggs with a smiley face. Brought a smile to my face.

Both Dan and his wife were friendly and accommodating. Great place.

Great Welcome and Breakfast

4 beautiful rooms, set in a small garden. Large air conditioned rooms with TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and very speedy free wifi. Super king comfy bed and ensuite wet room. Very friendly owners with good English. Arranged transport to take my daughter to the airport even though she didn't  stay here, and transport for me today. Airport only 15 minutes away. If you need an evening meal you need to request it in advance which we did. Lovely mixture of local curries, with fruit to follow. I felt very safe staying on my own. Highly recommended.

Airport pickup is easy and perfect for late night arrival. Agree with others that welcome passionfruit juice very agreeable after long flight. Rooms are large and immaculately clean. Breakfast was delicious and all homemade. Cannot fault our wonderful hosts. 

Wonderful discovery

We had spent one night in this hotel after night flight and they arranged free airport pick up for us. It is about 10 to 15 minutes drive from airport.  The host is very friendly.  Though we only spent one night in this hotel and need to leave early in the morning. They welcome us with fresh passion fruit juice and packed us with take away breakfast that is very impressive (with lots of fruit, sandwiches, cake, eggs, sausage, drink,etc).  This is definitely the best breakfast we had in the entire trip.

The hotel is pretty with a nice garden.  The room is very clean and spacious.  It is equipped with everything you need (including hair dryer, complimentary bottled water, kettle, tea bags).  The bed and pillows are comfortable. The shower is strong with hot water.  Should I come back to Sri Lanka, I will definitely stay here again.
