I had booked a delux double room with a tv 5 months in advance. Upon check in I was allocated a room with no tv. This was unacceptable. To the owner's credit she immediately reallocated me to a room with a tv thereby honouring my booking.
My room was clean and spacious. It had a wardrobe and plenty of shelf places. Everything worked fine and the lighting was good.
The bed had clean linens and provided me with a good sleep. There was a power point beside the bed.
The bathroom was modern looking with hot water shower and good pressure.
The balcony had a table and 2 chairs as well as a drying rack.
Breakfast was good and filling.
The owner asked me each day if everyrhing was okay which was appreciated.
Great location only 40m from the bus stop and 30m to the beach.
Overall, I had a very comfortable stay here.

The owner went our of her way to help us with a couple of travel issues we had. We couldn't have asked for more - saved us really. The breakfast was good and the rooms were are really spacious and clean. We'll definitely stay here when we're in Mirissa next. Thanks so much!

The beach is located in a perfectly accessible area (about 1 minute of hurried walking). 2. The area: the hotel has a small, but very cozy and green area, which is cleaned very carefully every day. The hotel is located in the area of the hotel with lots of shopping points, cafes and restaurants of any convenience and taste. Rest at the Lemazone Inn

We have come here many times, as the location, though not on the beach is a few feet from the beach and it is very convenient, and friendly. The owners are really nice, they keep the place very clean, and give you a great breakfast, and it is a very convenient location. Mirissa is one of our favorite beaches, and lots of eating places on the beach, and Lemazone really works if you are looking for a great beach experience, and also a great Mirissa experience.

Reasonably priced, very clean and a great place closse to the amazing beach

A good hotel, a big room, everything you need (air conditioning, fan, refrigerator) could be added to the cabinet, there are no hangers at all, there is no TV, but it's not really needed.

It's a nice hotel.

The location is perfect, it is 3 meters from the beach, the room is spacious and clean and correct, the owners, despite not speaking only English, were kind and prepared breakfast for us to take when we went to see the whales.

Very easy access to the beach.

A perfect hotel near the beach. Very clean and top bathrooms including warm water. Very nice operators inside. We had booked a whale watching on our departure day and could even leave our backpacks in the room until we returned in the afternoon and then could comfortably shower and rest again. There is also a laundry service available in good condition.

We had 2 rooms on the ground floor ,nice clean spacious good comfy bed. Breakfast was good if you wanted plenty you could have more many different dishes that was tried by one of us nothing was left on the plate . The staff were lovely they were very attentive and helpful and arranged our taxi to and from there hotel . The beach is just down the path very close . Thank you all for our lovely stay.

Nice Hotel with good location next to the beach

We spent two nights here. Rooms: very simple, not luxurious, but decent. There is a point drop from us because of the modest smell in the room; unfortunately, there was no ventilation, which we found a bit unfortunate. However, the staff were very friendly, hardworking and helpful. The proximity to the beach of Mirissa is perfect!!!!
