We stayed here on arrival from the airport. Negombo is close and a great place to acclimatise. The hotel was great. Large clean room with ac and fan. Wonderful breakfasts - fruit, eggs, continental or Sri Lankan. Hosts couldn't have been more helpful. Just set back from the beach and restaurants etc 50 metres away. 

Great place to stay and great hosts.

All-In tourists please keep away as this is a place where heart, soul and mind still is working the proper way.

We also booked him for a 3day tour to Central Sri Lanka and can recommend him to 100%. We wouldn't have seen so much nice places and landscapes when travelling by our own.

This is a very clean hotel inside, dont be to worried about the outside to put you off.

Lovely little alley way guest house

Adorable owner is running his own place.They keep the place clean like if it would be their own. Everything is always repaired and looks brand new. We received an additional matrass for our small child and they called us as we have forgotten our swimming suits on the rooftop for drying.

Very nice Host Family

We stayed here for two nights on arrival in Sri Lanka. Comfortable and clean. The room was spacious. Bathroom was modern. Hot/ warm water available all the time. 
Friendly helpful owners. Organised airport t/f for us. Available on what’s app. 
Good breakfast. 
We booked the “deluxe double room with extra bed” because the description on booking.com implied there was no a/c in other rooms- in fact every room has a/c. There was actually a communal sitting space directly outside our bedroom window so if hotel was busy this may not have been ideal. 
Overall would recommend. 

Short stopover before touring Sri Lanka 

We spent there one night but we higly recommend this place! This is a small and really nice family hotel. Very close to the beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The food was delicious and we had a chance to meet the owner who is such a nice and warm person. Hope to come back someday!

Lovely and friendly family hotel!

Clean rooms, although simple, good beds. Great value. Excellent food! But above all, a very friendly family who run this place.  The father of the family, Ravi, was our driver and tourguide, he showed us how beautifull Sri Lanka is.

simple, great value, very nice people

I emailed the inn to reserve possibly and to ask about hiring a driver.  Turns out the owner, Ravi, can also provide that.  I was picked up at the airport late at night, driven to the Inn, and assured my trip would proceed as requested, even though by that time my brain was exhausted by travel and couldn't remember any part of the conversation as to where I had requested to go.  
The room intself was perfect for my needs.  The place is the family home as well as a small inn which has space for families as well as single rooms.  The room I was in was clean, spacious, with ugh ceiling and fan.  AC room's are also available but I prefer a fan.  Breakfast was filling and fresh.  
Ravi had booked hotels for me at each location I travelled to.  He made sure the places had safe food policies so I wouldn't get sick.  We made good time, chatted along the way, enjoyed a comfortable companionship for 4 days.   He was really fantastic about it all and the price was reasonable, according to my needs.  He is able to provide any level of service as long as you tell him what you want.  He and his family are really great people to deal with.  I would go there again if I return.
