a clean and peaceful place. the best food i’ve had in a long time. rooms were spacious and cozy! and i need to  mention the staff kirujan kokila senthuram dilshan and dhumanta for amazing service. thankyou for a wonderful experience, will be back soon!

Beautiful surroundings and great suites with Jacuzzi. Very clean. 
Staff super friendly and very helpful. Tried to make meals vegan friendly. Great breakfast menu and personalised service.Nice views of the river and a stone’s throw from the beach. Clean pool.

This really is the best place to stay in Trimcomalee. We booked for two nights and stayed 4. Beds so comfortable rooms amazing food amazing good value with jacuzzi bath as well. Security even feeds the little squirrels and bird life  abounds - it’s serene and magical the staff are wonderful especially Kirujan and all the others as well Kokila ,Sunil, ysenthurn , in kitchen Dilshan and thushmantha such great food and impeccable service

Best Hotel In Trincomalee

We are having a most  relaxing and enjoyable break here . As soon as we came through the gates , we were impressed with the lovely setting of the hotel amongst swaying palms and lovely flowers and plants . The bedroom is bright , spacious and very comfortable. The bed is huge and very comfortable with great quality linen and pillows. There is AC and a fan , a useful dressing area , sitting area next to a large , indulgent jacuzzi with views to the pretty pool and river. The bathroom has a great shower ( unlike our last hotel !) . The xxxocerslm feel is luxurious . The meals in the restaurant were very tasty and well presented with attentive service . All the staff have been helpful and friendly.. highly recommend this hotel .

Relaxing and beautiful gem of a place !

The management is very supportive and fulfilled the requirement which we needed to organize the workshop. They attend to our needs promptly during the worshop. Thanks to Mr. Sritharan, Privin and the team for the support.

The ambiance of the hotel is top notch and the surrounding has a spectacular view. The rooms are large and spacious as well as comfortable. The washrooms are clean and newly built. The pool is large and has a jacuzzi area as well. Food is amazing, one of the best Sri Lankan cuisines we have ever tried. The service level is great. Fully satisfied with the stay.

One of the best experiences

Beautiful hotel immersed in a green reality. Staff was super nice and the resort is up to expectations. Priwin was extremely helpful and kind, he showed us around the resort and explained everything well. The rooms are very new and well kept, the view from our balcony is on top of a beautiful lagoon and the pool is huge and clean. Definitely recommended

Amazing experience

We booked a Vietnam & Thai fusion massage at the lelilyspa at Amaranthe Bay Resort today.
Pooja, the spa therapist, did an amazing job. The professional massage really made our day. She is doing the fully body massage on top level with great physical results . We will definitely come back and recommend her to everyone. Thanks again 🙏🙏👍👍

We stayed here previously 8 years ago and are happy to report that the hotel has stayed the same. Their moto was Heaven on Earth and we believe it! We booked 1 night for 7 people on such short notice, we arrived thirty minutes after making the booking and the rooms were spotless and ready for us to enjoy. Everything was fully equipped from the small bathroom amenities to the towels. The staff kindly explained how to use the jacuzzi so we felt safe and secure. The porters carefully but swiftly transported our luggage for us, which we greatly appreciated. We booked halfboard and do not regret it one bit. We were treated like royalty as all of our dishes were served together and on time with when we finished each dish. It was a set menu during the off season (rainy season) for both dinner and breakfast and it was an abundance of food and beverages. The swim was also great even in cloudy weather and so clean, we wanted to spend the whole day in there. The grounds men take very good care of the hotel and we can easily see it as soon as we enter the premises. Wish we could stay longer but we are definitely coming back with our international family and local. Thank you for our stay.

Had an amazing and unforgettable time at Amaranthe Bay Resort especially with the fantastic staff including Mayuran, Priwin and Mr Sreetharan. The restaurant and canooning are highly recommended!! The location was simply stunning and breathtaking....
