The suites are actually quite comfortable, spacious and reasonably priced. There is air conditioning and a spacious bathtoom with a good shower. 

The problem is the nightclub on the other side of the street that pumps out very loud music until at least 1 am on thursday, friday and saturday.

Good place from sunday to thursday.

This little getaway is beautiful. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. The best part is that they speak perfect English so there’s no language barrier. The rooms are clean and nice with an en-suite style. It has a love little sitting room. The bathroom even has a pack of makeup remover.  The towels are soooo soft. My suite, however did not have a fridge or coffeemaker, but did have a microwave. All in all my stay was great.

Excellent on the Budget Accommodation 

I enjoy my stay at Zeelandia,  very friendly customer services, OMG the bar is welcoming. Would stay again. 
Love the room, nice to have an area where you can entertain guest. the price is good, for that amount I was not expecting an entertaining area.

Good enjoy

Lovely  average cost comfortable accommodation. It is in the heart of the action. The food is excellent and the location is prime. When staying here however, one has to contend with the noises of the night activities.

Was booked for two weeks, but left after two nights! Arrived at 2 a.m. on a Saturday to disco blaring next door. Staff said it might shut down at 3 or 4. Music blared till 6:30 a.m. Hardly got any sleep. Figured disco might be closed on Sunday, but oh-no. Music blared again until 2:30 a.m. Bed was old and horrible. Furniture was ancient and ripped. DON'T STAY HERE -- unless you want to lie awake to thumping dance music until the wee hours every night.

Old, and NOISY

Nice and authentic hotel, clean rooms, kind employees at central spot. One BIG minus; it's extremely noisy during the weekend. Because of the club next door it's impossible to sleep on Fridays and Saturdays. If you avoid the weekends it's a nice place to stay

Nice but NOISY

As a business traveller staying an average of 3days per week in hotels, this was the most terrible experience ever encountered. Bed floor broke down on me. Did not want to disturb them in the late night hours. I have politely asked for the bed to be fixed in the morning when leaving the hotel alone. Upon my return the afternoon I was surprised to find out that instead of apoligies the rate will go up. More surprising was the reason. The reason was that there where more people in the room, though the front desk saw me leaving that morning alone. The story get even worst; the  maid was called to the front Desk by the owner to testify on their behalve for these accusations. Such an invasion of privacy and the distrust to a customer had me decided to check out immediately. 12:45Hr, while max check out time was 13:00 hr. They wanted to charge for an extra night which they did not only after I had already called the police
So in my opinion this must be a scam for a hotel with a prime location, but noisy and with lack of parking space and sure not worth for a business traveller. This was for me penny wise pound foolish.
