poor customer service. We had pre-booked a space on which there was sewage residue and the space was therefore closed down. no help to find a solution until a new customer manager tok over. it took 3 hours after check-in before we got a solution.


Ok place, but cost a bit much when internetsignal is terrible and few canals on tv.

I think our firstimpresion would have been better if the cabin had been cleaned better before our arrival. 

We arrived at the camping after travelling around Western Europe for 3 weeks. Location was great for our 2 days at Kolmården zoo. We stayed in a tent with electricity possibility. Booked 4 months in advance..and we were on hard soil. Luckily I had skrewspikes to set the tent with. Some small maintenance issues, but generrally ok.

3 nigths 2 at the zoo

One night with Husbil & 3 adults for 800 SEK is very stiff for average site in terms of available and quality of facilities. Staff could also be a bit friendlier for the price, especially during the check in process :(

Expensive average stay .(

Had to wait in line for 30-45 minutes every time we had to use the toilets. There was not toilet paper available and the service houses were disgusting and and dirty with a horrible smell.  Did not clean or full up with toilet paper for our stay. 
The location was good.
We were hoping to enjoy the shoreline but the smell was aweful because of the House for latrine.

We stayed at Trollhöjdstuga. The room with beds is so small ypu can feel suffocating. Bad shower, drapes ripped toilet so so, portable stove??? No sheets, cleaning to pay additional, no wifi...really bad for a lot of money when u can get a really good hotel for. 

Trollhöjdstuga - very dissapointing

Only stayed one night in a cabin. The overall park features are good but the onsite restaurant and shop were not great. There are options locally so I'd shop there Before arriving and either Cook your own food or visit the restaurant nearby.

Good amenities but not great food options

Very clean and well-arranged place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The campsite is very easy to find. There are only a few km away Akttraktionen, which one should look to see. The price is simply unbeatable. Suburb there is a large lake with class views. Children can play on a playground. The showers and toilets are constantly cleaned.

Superlative

Easy access and several types of positioning for all types of accomodation (RV's, tents). Nice beach with grass at top and sand closest to the water, some seaweed. Several and clean servicebuildings with free showers.

A bit on the expensive side.

Nice and versatile camp

Very good accommodation and recommend to stay with family, friends. Very good transportation facility to reach kolmarden zoo during weekends. Good food along with nice refreshments, parties really nice
