Quiet nice hotel right in down town Luleå. Steps to the main pedestrian only street where you’ll  find everything you need. Also steps to the harbour, for boat trips to a beautiful archipelago. Steps to main bus station, local buses and train station.
The hotel is basic, but has a good breakfast included, free and reliable wifi, free parking, is well run and clean. Nice staff too!
A bargain for what you get!

Nice place for a good price.

The five stars is not because this place is luxurious, but rather that it does everything very well and perfectly for a modest hotel. The staff are very polite and helpful. My room which was right next to reception was clean and, importantly for a Dec visit, warm. The bathroom was fine but the shower, which is a sort of wet room, was utterly brilliant. A nice touch is to provide constant coffee, tea or hot chocolate from a machine where breakfast is taken. This was very welcome when coming in from the cold. I had breakfast once and though a modest affair it had everything you would need-hot drinks, rye bread, cheese, eggs etc. The location of the hotel is a real plus as it's right in the centre of town. I would certainly recommend this place as it is very good value for money.

A great little hotel

Breakfast in room on second floor with TV screen on the wall. Balcony facing the street. Coffee and tea longue. Self service kitchen on third floor. Good rooms, clean and comfort. Close to railway station and sea port. Walking distance to main street.

Charming inner city hotel.

Nice and modest hostel in the heart of Luleå. Works well to a family of 5. Would suggest for a holiday trip. Top room had air conditioning and very good temperature while 30 c outside. Our room also had a huge private sauna!

Nice hostel in Luleå

Small hotel, but had all that's needed. Only one thing I didn't like - shower was one of those where the bathroom floor is shower's floor as well. Good wifi, small but clean and well-equipped room, good location. Breakfast rather limited, but alright. Fully equipped kitchen at quests' disposal.
Mind you, it doesn't have 24/7 reception.

Family-run

Overall this hotel was good, very price worthy and extraordinary good service from the staff. The rooms were nice and clean, pillows rock hard and not to my personal liking. Otherwise everything was nice, good location and near the city centre. Small but okay breakfast selection, a bit cramped but no bigger remarks. The facility itself is a bit worndown and that’s why I rated this a 3/5. 

A good stay! 

The overall impression is negative. High noise level (from well-trafficked street), urine-smelling shower, dirty shower walls, eastern state breakfast (toast but no toaster) with cheap toppings. Nausea air throughout the hotel and plastic furniture, lamps, etc. Despite a low price of 790 SEK, it was not worth the money.

I do not recommend this hotel.
