Big warning don't book with these guys they will steal your money and lock you out at night.
They refuse to refund blaming 3rd party or something else, most likely the worst hostel/hotel in sthlm stay clear of them to save your self the headache and trouble they will cause you.

WARNING!!!!!!

What a dump! Nothing like the photos - The reception area is NOT like the photo, the room had 2 metal bunks, NOT the beds as described. Mattresses so thin I had to lie two on top of each other. If it had not been 11pm when we arrived after a flight, we would not have stayed. The window was broken, the curtain filthy and hanging off the rod . There was mouldy food in the fridge that I had to put in a bin and put out the door because of the smell.
There seem to be people living there permanently & I saw a young boy going off to school this morning.
I had a price & confirmation from the booking site but when we arrived we were charged more. Had to pay.. it was 11pm and we had just paid $60 for a taxi. 
The area is dodgy and we felt unsafe - put our suitcases against the door for extra security.
NEVER again... DO NO NOT STAY HERE.

Just checked out. We found this place to be very.. odd. We came and there was no one to receive us (not a big deal yes?). We took a stroll around and there seemed to be people living there. Literally living there. Many of the rooms were packed with bags and all kind of clothes/things. 

Apart from that, the rooms were okay. We got a bunk bed and a window. The restroom seemed okay but parts of the sink were broken. Quiet place, just across the road from a bus stop which was great.

Shady place 

We were in December 2015 in Stockholm. We called hotel kvarnholmen and they said the price of the room was about 500SEK, when we got there the price was 700SEK, but we were hungry and exhausted so we took IT anyway. It was freezing in the room. The bedcovers were dirty. The bathroom was the worst. It smelled terribly and there were no windows or ventilation to get rid of the smell. Our room was next to the breakfast area, and the walls were very thin. We couldn't sleep from 6am, because a man, I think its the owner, was singing and watching TV. The breakfast was the worst we ever had in a hotel. The strange man, who seemed to be the owner of the hotel, was talking on the telephone or whisteling the whole time. Our plate with salami and cheese has been waiting for us from 6am till 10, so the cheese got hard, the egg cold. We would have complained but nobody, except the girl we saw once on the reception, was talking english or german. 

Dirty and smelly

This hotel is very good value for money and is very quiet so you can get a godnights sleep, which I normally find in a town. Staff very friendly and are disability friendly. It is very good if you need a regular place to stay when visiting stockholm as I need to travil there regulary. Will use then again on a regular bases.

Very good clean holtel with onsuet shower and very good value.

The hostel is very nice and neat. Located in the calm area by the lake. 
It takes 5-8 min by bus 402 to get to the hostel from Slussen subway station.
Single room has a brand new shower and toilet, TV and good WiFi.
The hosel also has a quite spacious kitchen with a stove and a fridge.
However there was no kitchenware so the kitchen was useless which is quite sad.
Breakfast was available for extra price and was nothing special: cereal, boiled eggs, sandwich bread, cheese and meat platter, juice, tea and coffee.
Food amounts were quite sparse for all the people who paid for it on a given day.

It needs kitchenware to be a perfect place to stay

Little but essential hostel. My room was little but clean, also bathroom was clean.
This hostel is situated next bus stop n. 402, very handy to go in center of city, with a good frequency. 
The breckfast is a bit too expensive for waht is offered.
I stayed here for one week and in general I'm satisfied about this hostel.
