The b&b is on the shore of the canal just 1.3 away from the nature reserve (perfect jogging along the canal and around the reserve - no traffic) and a 12 min walk in the other direction into the city (again along the canal and through a beautiful park).
We had the family room no 3 facing the courtyard, spacious, small bath with an nice 2 person sauna. The room has a sofa and a small kitchen, bed is on a lowered ceiling reached by a steep ladder.
We bought our own bf which we took in the sunny courtyard. 
We stayed for 2 nights and can really recommend this place.

Top Location, good room, friendly host

We stayed for 3 nights in this lovely B&B and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.  Located on the river, it's only a short walk through Wadköping and the lovely city park to the city centre.  Despite having a road right next to it, good insulation means you are not aware of traffic sounds.  We stayed in Smedjan (The Smithy), which includes a sauna in the bathroom.

The room was more like a studio flat and included coffee making facilities, a refrigerator and microwave with dishes to allow you to dine in if you wished to.  Breakfast is extra but includes a pitcher of fresh juice, cheese and ham, bread, butter and jam left in your refrigerator.

Our only dislike (complaint would be too strong) would be that in Smedjan, the sleeping accommodation is in a loft and the modern stairs, while most attractive, are a little difficult for older people to negotiate with no stair rail and some hooks for hanging up clothes would be nice, but I think this is quite new accommodation and perhaps they havent finished that yet.

Lovely family, beautiful surroundings, we will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful, quiet oasis

I stayed in apartment no. 1. In principle the room is nice, but as the bed is directly under the roof, it is very warm. The window cannot really be opened and anyways, it is very noisy, as it is facing the street. Additionally I was quite surprised to learn in the email that breakfast is not included, which is kind of funny for a "bed AND breakfast". However, the room was clean and nicely decorated, but I don't think I would stay there again.

Wonderful location just over 1km from the centre of the wonderful little town of Orebro. The accommodation is very well developed little studio B&B including: kitchenette, bathroom and loft bedroom (we had room 1). My only complaint is the soundproofing. The noise from the main road is okay, quietens off in the evening.  However there is little to no soundproofing between the rooms. That means, when you have toddlers running round 3 sides of the building you can feel like you do not want to be anywhere near your room! With the ease that this can be installed these days I was a real disappointed.
