A small and cosy hotel. Quiet location in the center of Simrishamn. The room was well equiped with a comfortable  bed. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. I Will definitely com back and I recommend this hotel.

Nice and cosy in Simrishamn

Clean rooms and comfy beds. A nice garden in the back for summer evenings. The breakfast was really fresh with a wide selection. Last but not least, very attentative and friendly staff that, amongst other things, catered perfectly for my special dietary needs. Will definitely come back!

A real gem!

We stayed at this very personal hotel for two nights and had the privilege to have a family room, nr 19, that had a nice bathroom, a living room with a nice sofa to sleep in for two persons and a master bedroom. The kitchen and fridge were perfect for snacks and wine.
In the morning we had a gorgeous breakfast in the garden.
I can really recommend this hotel, quite situated in the heart of the city.
Don't forget to visit their restaurant just a few blocks away. 

A great hotel situated in the heart of Simrishamn 

In a yard away from the main street, I discovered this charing and quaint timber framed hotel, and was transported four centuries back in terms of architecture.
The place is really quiet, nice, cosy, and the personnel dedicated to make your stay easy and pleasant. A sauna is there for an evening relaxing time.

Superb and quaint hotel

Very cosy hotel with a nice atmosphere and a friendly staff. There is a backyard garden where you can have your breakfast, weather permitting. The rooms are of decent size with comfy beds and we had a really good night sleep there. Can definitely recommend it. 
The location is also good. 10 min walk from anything in the town.

Beautiful and peaceful place

Nice and cosy place. The yard is nice for late evening wine-drinking and the location is really good just a short walk to the port where it can be a bit windy, and if that reason it’s nice to live a little up in the town. 

However it’s maybe a little to expensive to what you get for the money and the beds were very soft. 

Breakfast is of no complain with many nice options!

The staff was very nice and friendly. Overall I really recommend this place for a few nights stay!

Nice and cosy - good location

This walled in small hotel is located in central parts of town. Five minutes’ walk to the harbour and two minutes to pubs and restaurants. Easy access and free parking in the court yard for those of you arriving by car. 

Front desk (Hanna) just right in all senses, all pre-arrival communications via e-mail worked like a charm (rapid and exact response) and check in and other encounters can be as highly praised. In my book a hotel can get away with a lot if staff is professional, attentive and skilled. 

Room very clean, quiet, right temperature, beds excellent, duvet ok but pillows? Honestly what is the matter with hotel pillows? Very few places manage to get it right. Regardless the pillows will not make or break my stay. I should have learnt by now to bring my own. However, the room we got was however very tired.  Enough numbers of holes in the wall to notice (most likely from old bedside lamps) broken wardrobe (door no handle and very crocked door. Some of the fixed furniture had honestly also seen much happier days (i.e. bag racket). Then again, we might have been extremely unlucky with our room but considering the nightly rate we paid I would hope that this not was a reflection of the price?

Breakfast very nice, both in amount of spree and ambience. No English for those of you that fancies it. A reasonable great fresh and tasty breakfast that makes you linger too long around the table. Despite partially a bit tired I would stay here any day again and I can highly recommend it if you are passing Simrishamn. We will most certainly be back.

A bit tired but quirky and charming hotel

The location of the hotell is nice. From the outside the hotell looks nice and historical, but from the inside the room was a big disappointment. I paid SEK 1.590 per night and don’t think I have never get worse value for money in Sweden or other Nordic countries.  The room was more of a room of a cheap hostel / bed & breakfast. Speaking of breakfast. This was included in the price and very good. They also have a nice back yard and really great and kind personell.

Great personell but bad value for money

Our room was in no way in a condition to fullfil a price of 1270 SEK for a one-night stay in a double room. In no way did our room resemble the pictures given on the hotels internet. The condition of the room was what can be expected at an average youth hostel. The room was really worn down, including:
- The seat on the toilet was completely loose; the sink was partially clogged; the holder of the hand shower was broken, the blinds could not be used, the curtain could only partially be drawn because the system was broken, there were holes in the wall which were only partially repaired, the closed door was broken and the handle missing. The telephone was totally outdated and broken. What a disaster of a room for that price. Of good things to mentioned was: A clean bed, nice towels and a good breakfast. But IN NO WAY VALUE FOR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!
