Superby located, this is a very good choice for staying in Smogen. I had a very nice room on the ground floor with a balcony overlooking the harbour. All rooms have shared bathroom facilities. The reception and breakfast area are located on the waterfront, whereas the rooms are up some steep uneven steps to a parallel road. Service is good and the rooms are pleasant and clean. I also had a snack of shrimps and avocado with toast together with a drink at one of the seafront tables outside reception. The breakfast buffet was small but perfectly adequate.

in september nearly everything was closed for food after 5 pm but they served great meal until 6 pm. very small café but there are some small tables outside in the sun. the shrimp bread and the salmon were very good for a small dinner.prices are high but i guess that's normal for Smögen.

Nice place but no service ! Had to wait to be served and with an attitude ! They were 4 people inside but not so sure what they were doing instead of serving their customers! The food was ok but just a bit pricy!

No Service 

Stayed only the one night, but found this to be a charming B&B in a prime location. Opted to have the Shrimp package for dinner and was presented with an incredible combination and vast amounts of fresh shrimp along with copious amounts of salad and blue cheese! All in all a new combination for me, but one which hit the spot beautifully! 
Small but perfectly formed, and comfortable room, with shared bathroom facilities (although we were the only guests). Very friendly and attentive hosts made this a stay sure to be repeated if i ever venture to this beautiful part of Sweden again. Thank you for a lovely stay. Tusen tack

Fabulous location and delicious food

We stayed for one night. Wish we could be here longer! Nice and friendly hosts, clean rooms, excellent breakfast buffet in a very cosy and welcoming atmosphere, although on the small side. Common toilet bathrooms but they where clean and comfortable. We would definitely come here again! 

Home away from home

I just spent 2-nights at the charming  Pensionat Bryggan and was very pleased with my find. The location is perfect; right on the pier which you can stroll down in either direction to the seafood markets or to the cliffs. I interacted with several different members of staff during my stay who were all very pleasant and had a positive outlook. They organized a shellfish dinner (booked in advance) which I enjoyed in the bistro area with other guests. The girl even stayed late for us when we all got to talking after dinner. 
The room was very clean and fresh with windows looking out at the water, I found my twin sized bed very comfortable. The bathrooms are located in the hall directly outside the rooms, so if that is not a problem for you then I would recommend staying at this location. The bathrooms where clean and there were several of them.
