The principal and her name are Eve . She was amazed. Courteous and sympathetic. The place is very clean and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. There is room for every room. And not far from there is a supermarket where you can buy food. The view is wonderful

The location is perfect, the owner (Eva) delightful, the peace and quiet rewarding and facilities unmatched. We took the whole place because we were 12 people on a golf trip to Sweden, playing 3 local courses; Ljunghusen, Flommen and Falsterbo - all great by the way. The amenities and propertyat Lotsvillan are perfect for such groups, yet, can easily accommodation smaller groups very well and maintain privacy. The location to the waterway and the beach is terrific - only 150 yds to the beach... considered Sweden's finest beach. We were cycling, running, swimming in the harbour and walking the beach every morning - so relaxing.

5-day Leisure Break with Golfclubs

Newly renovated it was almost the feeling of living on a new built house. Kitschen, bathroom and the bedrooms were top class and the outdoor balkony on second floor outside the kitchen is the place to be at in the evening with great view of the sea.

By the sea

If you're looking for a place to stay at the sea close to Malmö, consider the Lotsvilla. I stayed there with my daughter for a company event, and everything was really good. Nice welcome from the owner, spacious and clean room with sea view, a comfortable house with beautiful views from the terrace and from other places. It's possible to reach the place by bus (Skånetrafiken), too, the stop Ljunghusen/Elvabovägen is 2 km away; OK if you don't have much luggage. And a very nice walk along the canal. Remember that the place is a hostel not a hotel, but there's a common kitchen which has everything you need to prepare breakfast or meals.

Nice hostel in a perfect location

I recommend this place to anyone who wants a clean, tidy place to stay, right by the sea in Höllviken. We stayed in a family room with 1 comfortable double bed and 2 bunk beds. A baby crib was placed in our room after us asking for it. Bed linen and towels were provided to an extra cost, which is ok at a hostel I think. Our room was medium sized, bright, modern and spotless when it comes to cleaning. We had a nice balcony facing the sea. The bathroom was tiny but functional. We could not find the wi-fi, but did'nt ask for it either. There is no breakfast at the hostel, but there are two well equipped kitchens where every room at the hostel has its' own cupboard and shelf in the fridge. It was well organized and clean as the rest of the place. Also lovely place to sit down for a meal with perfect sea view. The staff was super; friendly and happy to help. We would definitely go back!
