The hotel has a perfect location for skiing. At the end of the spacious street we were able to start directly from the hotel every day for a week and climb various summits. The rooms are small and clean (except for the many spiders in the bathroom...). The dessert consisted mostly of finished products and was usually served with a little dislike. At the breakfast buffet there were (except for the fresh bread) only ready-packed portions of goods. The offered prices for rooms and half-pension go so far. Fully deployed depending on the one not mentioned in the offer, but only at the time of billing an apparent calculation of CHF- for each batch of March guests. For a group of 20 people and one guest, however, I would have suggested something quite different.

This is a perfect situation - shameful pricing policy.

I'd like to go back! rooms a little small but nicely decorated and everything very clean, food great! good choice and fair price/performance ratio, service friendly, good location to make one or the other trip too

Dinner and hotel accommodation

Staff very nice and hospitable. Rooms are simple but very clean and well maintained. WC/shower on the floor is modern and also very clean. Dinner tasted well and was also served promptly. The hotel has a beautiful sun terrace where you can stay comfortably. Closable veloraum. I really enjoyed this one night and can recommend the hotel as a (simple) accommodation anytime!

Absolutely fair price performance ratio

We had a reservation confirmation at 4:00 p.m., but we were told to wait until later because no room was ready. We were able to put our luggage in a very simple room with unmade beds. No bedding, no towels, no chair in the room; and that at a proud price! The staff information is anything but transparent. What do you do in All'Acqua in the winter evenings if you don't know when you can rest in a hotel room?

Fortunately, I've left again.

Service: Friendly, casual and fast food: delicious, freshly prepared, tasted drinks: Gazzosa bottle expired since 19 March Note: The bottle has been replaced, but the expiry date on the new bottle has been removed!

Good food. Drinks are out.

We had a very pleasant evening thanks to a great dinner and a friendly and friendly dinner, very good chicken in the basket, but especially desserts.

That's great.

The hotel offers simple rooms with a dining room shower. The bathrooms are in the best condition, almost new. The staff is very nice. Good to stop with a hiking/skiing group here. There are group offers for this.

Kind, but simple but good

We went in four, all of us got chicken in the basket with fries and the great sauce.

Lunch

After a walk in Val Bedretto, we stopped at the last location of the valley, located before reaching the Passo della Novena, with a stop for lunch at the restaurant At l'acqua. The restaurant has an inner room and a large and pleasant outdoor terrace. Good reception, perhaps the staff a little insistent in the orders. We opted for a sliced mixture, peora cheese and chicken to the basket: served with potatoes in a bag in the shape of a cornet (original idea). Chicken of excellent quality, abundant, well cooked and very good sauce (among others very abundant!). Simple dishes but all well presented.

It's my second year in this position. Chicken in the basket looks great. First year's staff is excellent.
