A great BnB with a rich breakfast buffet, large rooms and a beautiful garden, right by the old town, very friendly hostess, good and fast communication, despite short-term reservations, everything worked great!

Nice place near the old town.

I know the hotels in Biel, they're all a disaster... the old house Les Sources from 1850 keeps its promise. The fountain is down in the house, the rooms are old but nice! Everything is there.

Great atmosphere at the source

This is a new reference address in Bienne. We are not talking about a hotel but a very pleasant guest house where the reception is warm and the setting is charming. Two rooms with, in common, a nice kitchen. So it is better to occupy the whole complex. The accommodation is well equipped and comfortable. The flowing fountains provide a peaceful sleep.

Well-pleasing Sources

The owner is very present, helpful, everything is arranged so that we can have an easy and pleasant time. A very pleasant and comfortable place to rest. You can cook, drink a tea, drink an aperitif (either in the garden or in the living room), or just enjoy.

The Bed-and-Breakfast Le Source is north of the old town of Biel, right next to the Leubringenbahn. When you step into the garden at the old smithy door, the feeling of time changes. A small luxurious garden with sculptures stands in front of a large house. But the accommodation is on the left in the small one-story house, right behind the gallery. It consists of two rooms, a communal bathroom and an open kitchen with a living room. After entering the garden, you just stand there and observe the many old furnishings such as the laundry room in the kitchen, the coffee shop or the old chairs. Everything is assembled with many pieces of wood, so that you can enjoy a nice morning's breakfast in a heated room.
