So much love for detail was put in this place. Ivan, our host looked after us as though he was our brother. A man who is thoughtful, kind and stylish.....which mirrored his three room B&B.  We were in the studio, a little gem. Small, but every little corner and space had been used to the optimum. If you think the rooms a something special, wait till you have breakfast, you will be blown away. We were offered three different places to eat outside. Flowering trees gently moving in the  breeze, birds calling, sun shining and a chink of Lago Maggiore to be seen as well. We were offered eggs as well as fresh smoked salmon, skewered fruit....the list goes on. Our boiled egg was served with a little knitted cap to keep it warm.....the rest you have to experience yourselves.

Am I in heaven?

Very nice place. Clean, very well maintained, several terraces to choose from. The reception is great, Ivan is very supportive. He is good advice for tours and restaurants. We had a great pleasure. The lunch buffet is worthy of that name.

That's great!

Ivan gave us super detailed instructions to get to his B&B. we arrived at midnight and everything was prepped for us (we even had a welcome drink in our rooms)

Decoration and cleanness were superb!

We woke up to a 5 star breakfast cooked for us by Ivan on the spot.

I don't see any reason one should chose a regular hotel Having this sort of service available at a much more convenient price

Very well above Swiss B&B standard!

What impressed us most was the fact that Ivan sent us a text message to let us know that we could check in earlier! He was there to greet us and also after we left he resent a text message to know if all went well. Now this is a perfect host! Our room was small but spotless and had everything you need.Hairdryer, coffee & tea making, bathrobes, compendium with all the necessary information. Fridge with some Prosecco! I can recommend!

Ivan's very personal touch

I can only recommend this nevedoone16 and put it to everyone's heart. The owner Ivan Mutti takes great care of his guests, sets up a delicious breakfast buffet with local specialties every morning and fulfills every special wish. We lived in the attic, the terrace with the jacuzzi and the view of Lake Maggiore is unique. Bravo Bravo Bravo, I'm back!!!!

we've been there THU-SUN and just everything was PERFECT. Ivan (the owner) is just awesome..., have been giving very much tips what to do in the region...

We stayed for less than 24 hours but the experience was fabulous, the hotel is super cute, in a location that is beautiful beyond words. Ivan, the owner, is a very charming person that was extremely friendly, giving us many great suggestions that made our stay even nicer. It has everything you may need and the breakfast is one of the best I had. We will definitely come back

This Tessiner Rustico has been renovated with a lot of attention to detail. The rustic character of the house has been preserved and supplemented with modern architecture. This creates a very special combination. This B&B was opened in Easter 2010 and is located above Brissago. There are free parking spaces. From the parking lot 50m away there is a staircase leading to the Rustico. Right in front of Rustico you can't drive. But this is also an advantage because it is absolutely quiet upstairs. The Rustico offers 3 clean rooms with lots of cleanliness. One that we have lived in, on the first floor of Brissago, there is a spacious terrace with a hot tub.
